PRSU is a well-known university in the state of Chhattisgarh. The university offers a two-year MA course across various popular specialisations such as Linguistics, Economics, Psychology, English, History, etc. The university provides good placement support to its students. PRSU has not released the course-wise placements report as of now. However, the university has released its NIRF 2023 report. To apply for MBA at PRSU, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. The eligible candidates can fill out the admission form in online/offline mode. The form can be bought from campus in person after a payment of INR 400. For online application submission, aspirants can follow the below-mentioned steps:

PRSU allows candidates to join UG courses directly based on merit. The university accepts Class 12 scores for the same, provided the candidate is eligible for his/her course. however, for PG and PG Diploma programmes along with certain UG courses, PRSU accepts national level entrance exams and PRSU PG entrance exam scores. The course- specific entrance exams and their syllabus are available on the official portal. Students are advised to check the portal for the same.

PRSU admits student on merit basis. For most UG courses and all PG Diploma courses, the university accepts scores of last qualifying examination. Pandit Ravi Shankar University Raipur offers good placements to the students. The median package for UG (3-year) and BPharma courses stood at INR 2.40 LPA and INR 2.50 LPA, respectively. The median package for PG (1-year) and PG (2-year) courses, stood at INR 2.04 LPA and INR 2.45 LPA, respectively.

Currently, the university has concluded its admission for the academic batch 2024. Further, as more than 100 colleges & institutions are affiliated with the university so, the admission dates for each institution can vary. However Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University will soon release the admission dates for the 2025 batch of BA courses. PRSU admission 2024 has been completed for all courses. As per the last admission process, the final merit lists have been released for the courses Law and Management courses. However, the new dates for the admission year 2025 are yet to be released. They are expected to be out soon on the official website. Yes, PRSU conducts a common PG entrance exam for the selection of candidates in all PG courses. This exam is mandatory for all the MSc aspirants. To appear for this exam, candidates must hold a UG degree in BSc with having minimum 45% aggregate in the last qualifying exam of graduaion. Candidates also have to register for the exam and pay an examination fee. In the final selection process, candidates will be evaluated based on their academic history and entrance exam scores.

As per the official of PRSU, the university has not released course-specific placement statistics as of now. However, by the PRSU NIRF report 2023, 110 candidates were placed and the awarded median package recorded was INR 8.50 LPA during the 2020-2022 PG (2-year) batch placements. Step 1: Application Process

Candidates have to fill out an application form. The University accepts applications via both online and offline modes. For an offline application, candidates can visit the university campus and, to register online, candidates have to visit the official website of the university, click on the registration, download the form, fill out the application form, upload the documents, pay the application fee of INR 400 through online mode and, submit the application form.

Step 2: Selection Rounds

Candidates must submit the scores of the Class 12 exams based on which, the merit list are declared.

Step 3: Counselling Process and Release of Merit List

PRSU will conduct the counselling process for the selected candidates. Later on, round-wise merit lists are released for selected candidates who must pay the PRSU BCom fees which range between INR 13,800 and INR 1.3 lakh depending upon the institution.
