PRSU admits student on merit basis. For most UG courses and all PG Diploma courses, the university accepts scores of last qualifying examination. However, for certain UG courses the university conducts an entrance exam. The syllabus for the same can be found on the official portal of the university. Pandit Ravi Shankar University Raipur offers good placements to the students. The median package for UG (3-year) and BPharma courses stood at INR 2.40 LPA and INR 2.50 LPA, respectively. The median package for PG (1-year) and PG (2-year) courses, stood at INR 2.04 LPA and INR 2.45 LPA, respectively.

PRSU admission 2024 has been completed for all courses. As per the last admission process, the final merit lists have been released for the courses Law and Management courses. However, the new dates for the admission year 2025 are yet to be released. They are expected to be out soon on the official website.
