Pandit Ravi Shankar University Raipur is one of the esteemed university which was established in 1964. The institute is accredited with A Grade by NAAC and approved by the AICTE. The application process for BA LLB at PRSU is carried out via online and offline modes. Candidates can buy the admission form by visiting the PRSU campus in person to submit the form in offline mode. Additionally, for online applications, candidates can visit the university campus. The steps to register and fill out the online form are further mentioned below:

1. Visit the PRSU official website (prsu.ac.in).
2. Click on the registration link and download the application.
3. Fill out the application form carefully.
4. Payment of the application fee, which is INR 400.
5. Submit the application form.

NOTE: For offline submission, candidates need to accompany the application form with a DD of INR 400 payable to the Registrar, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. It must be noted that this fee is as per past years’ records and hence is indicative.

Admission to MA courses in PRSU is based on merit in the PG entrance test conducted by the university. The university releases a merit list to announce the participant’s scores and the marks required for selection. There are multiple factors depending upon which the cutoff is determined such as aggregate marks of candidates in qualifying exams, number of applications received, seat intake, and the category of the candidate. For most UG courses, PRSU allows students to take admission on merit basis without an entrance exam. The university accepts Class 12 scores for the same. However for certain UG courses and all PG courses, the university conducts entrance exams and students must appear for the same. Admissions to the above mentioned courses are merit based with the institution accepting entrance exams scores. No, MAT registration 2026 are now closed. The last date for PBT registration was February 23, 2026 and for CBT Registration was March 2, 2026.  GIBS Business School, like many other institutions, accepts MAT scores for MBA admissions. 

Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a national level entrance examination conducted by National Testing Agency ( NTA), for candidates pursuing management studies in top educational institutes.

The dates for Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is not officially announced by the conducting body, National Testing Agency (NTA) yet. However, the examination is expected to be conducted anyday during the month of April or May .

NTA will notify the candidates at least two to three months prior to the examination i.e. during January or February to begin the registration process.

PRSU admission 2024 has been completed for all courses. As per the last admission process, the final merit lists have been released for the courses Law and Management courses. Direct admission is not available for BA courses at PRSU. However, candidates can get admission into BA courses based on their Class 12 scores. The basic eligibility criteria required by the university to get admission to BA courses is candidates must complete their higher senior secondary with at least an aggregate of 50%. The university evaluated the applicants' HSC scores and released the merit list, if candidates' names appear in the merit list they can get a seat in the program after paying an adequate amount of course fees.

Step 1: Application Process

Candidates have to fill out an application form. The University accepts applications via both online and offline modes. For an offline application, candidates can visit the university campus and, to register online, candidates have to visit the official website of the university, click on the registration, download the form, fill out the application form, upload the documents, pay the application fee of INR 400 through online mode and, submit the application form.

Step 2: Selection Rounds

Candidates must submit the scores of the Class 12 exams based on which, the merit list are declared.

Step 3: Counselling Process and Release of Merit List

PRSU will conduct the counselling process for the selected candidates. Later on, round-wise merit lists are released for selected candidates who must pay the PRSU BCom fees which range between INR 13,800 and INR 1.3 lakh depending upon the institution.

During 2023 placements, the median package for BPharma and UG (3-year) courses stood at INR 2.50 LPA and INR 2.40 LPA, respectively. Further, the median package offered to PG (2-year) students was INR 2.45 LPA. Looking at the past three years' statistics, a fluctuating trend was observed in the BPharma and PG (2-year) median packages. On the other hand, year-on-year growth was recorded in the median package of UG (3-year) courses.
