Q:   Can I get direct admission at Poornima University?
A: 

Poornima University admissions are both merit and entrance-based. The university selects candidates based on merit for most of the programmes. For BBA (Hons), BCom (Hons), Poornima University conducts a written test to shortlist candidates for admission. The national-level entrance exams such as NATA,  UGC NET are also accepted for admission to specific courses. Selected candidates might also need to come for a personal interview round for some courses.

Q:   What is the admission process of Poornima University?
A: 

Poornima University admission process begins with registration. Eligible candidates need to pay an application fee of INR 1,500. Aspirants need to fill out the form and submit it along with the specified documents. Poornima University shortlists candidates based on merit for most of the programmes. For BBA (Hons), BCom (Hons), the university conducts a written test to shortlisted candidates for admission.

After completion of all the selection rounds, candidates receives an offer letter. Selected aspirants are required to pay the course fee to confirm their admission to the university.

Q:   Can I fill the NCHMCT JEE application form offline?
A: 

No, candidates cannot fill out the NCHMCT JEE application form offline. The exam authority for the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) JEE exam releases the NCHMCT JEE application form online only.

The exam is conducted for all eligible candidates from different Indian states. It is difficult for the exam authority to make the exam form available to everyone at different physical application centres. Thus, to allow all the exam aspirants to access the NCHMCT JEE application form, the exam authority makes it available online on the National Testing Agency's NCHMCT JEE official website of,  nchm.nta.nic.in. The NCHMCT JEE application or registration form can also be accessed on the website of National Council For Hotel Management And Catering Technology, nchmct.info.

Poornima University admission to BTech course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates must pass Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC/ SBC) in Mathematics, Physics and anyone subject out of Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship to apply for BTech course. A pass in Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC/ SBC) in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry is required to apply for BTech Civil & Mechanical Engineering.

A pass in Class 12 with two-year Diploma or Class 10 with three-year Diploma in Engineering or BSc degree with Mathematics in Class 12 and the students need to clear the subjects Engineering Graphics/ Engineering Drawing/ and Engineering Mechanics of the first year Engineering course along with second-year subjects is required to apply for Poornima University BTech (LE) course.
