Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) has issued a directive to its affiliate-colleges to return original documents and refund the fees wherever due in case a student wants to leave the institution.
The directive comes after the varsity received complaints from students and their parents about difficulties in getting back their original documents in case of candidates leaving the course or on the ground of fee arrears.
