It is a good college but needs improvement.
Placements: More than 70% of students are placed from our course. At the same time, the remaining are planning for the GATE exam, MBA, or studying abroad. Recently, 86 girls from my college were placed at Infosys, and we got placements in Microchip. A few companies come every year, and our placement office brings good companies.
Infrastructure: The college is established a few years ago, so speaking of infrastructure, it is average with limited classrooms and limited hostel rooms, which need improvement. We have Wi-Fi and laptops provided by the college. The food is good, as the management changed the cook. We have a ground for cricket, kabaddi, and badminton.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified. Some have over 10 years of experience, while some are new to the field. I can say 80% of faculty members are good. The course is good, but we have no industrial visits and only get theoretical knowledge. The college needs to take us for practical exposure as well. Exams are a little hard, but the pass percentage is almost 98%.
Other: I am especially interested in my course. This college provides a scholarship for it. My college needs some improvement as it has limited classrooms, which need to be increased. The fest happens, and everything is good, but it is limited.

I prefer to join this college.
Placements: As far as my aspect, placements are good in this university according to the mechanical branch. They provide better opportunities to core branches as compared to other branches. My positions, such as quality check and design management, are offered to the mechanical branch.
Infrastructure: It has good infrastructure, and it also needs improvement. They provide enough facilities to students. It is much better than many private universities. Coming to the hostel and mess, it is good and can provide a good environment for living.
Faculty: Faculty are highly qualified and have good experience in teaching, with real-life experience, which helps students to get placed in good placements. Curriculum is relevant and helps to prepare for exams like GATE, etc. Exams are moderately difficult.

Good facilities, infrastructure, and teachers.
Placements: Still, there is no placement in our college but as the 4th year students relocate to our campus so the placements are in progress. No student is placed. 70% to 80% of students are doing internships. Students are mostly doing assistant engineering roles.
Infrastructure: We have good resources. We have Wi-Fi facility and labs with equipments. We also have clean and good classrooms. There is a common library, where books related to our department are available. There are above average facilities in hostels. Quality of food is average. Canteen is available. Medical facility is available for medical needs. Tournaments are conducted in sports.
Faculty: Teachers here are very qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced. Course curriculum is related to industrial updates. By the end of the course, it makes students ready for the industry. Exams are very good. It tests all kinds of people. Approximately 90% is the pass percentage.

Affordable college with supportive faculty members, decent facilities, and improving placement.
Placements: Placements at RGUKT Ongole are okay but not very great. Around 60-70% of students got placed from our batch. The highest package went up to around 8 LPA to 10 LPA, while the lowest is 2 LPA to 3 LPA, with an average of 4 LPA to 5 LPA. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and Capgemini visited. Some students also get internships mainly in TCS and Infosys, which give good exposure. Most roles offered are software developer, testing engineer, and data analyst. Overall, placements are average but improving year by year.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure here is decent. Classrooms have projectors and labs with computers and Wi-Fi. Library has good resources, and Wi-Fi is available around campus. Hostel rooms are spacious, with water and electricity backup. Food in the mess is average but manageable. Medical facilities are available on campus. Sports like cricket, volleyball, and indoor games are encouraged. Overall, facilities are okay for both academics and hostel life.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. The curriculum is industry-oriented but slightly theoretical. Exams are moderately difficult with a good pass percentage. Pass percentage is 40 marks to pass the exam. It's really hard here.
Other: I chose this course because of its integrated program structure and low fee. The best part is the exposure and opportunities given to rural students. Improvement in placements and advanced labs would make it even better.

Good college. It’s worth your money, and it will take some time to become an excellent college.
Placements: Our course placement percentage is about 65-70%. Recently, I know a girl got a 19 LPA package in the VLSI field. The average package is around 3 to 8 LPA. Miami and MosChip are our recruiting companies as far as I know, but there are many other companies as well. I don't know much about internships, and I am not sure, but recently a girl got a top role in VLSI. I don't know about that role.
Infrastructure: Facilities are average, and some are very excellent. If we collaborate with them, they can guide you for placement. The infrastructure is good, but it’s a new college, so some parts are under construction. The hostels are good, but there is a little rush in rooms; for example, 3-member rooms have been allocated to 4 members in the boys' hostel. Facilities in the hostel are good, but the food is average. There is a canteen, but it is expensive. The college is good for sports, and even league events are conducted by the college. Medical facilities are very good. It’s a good college.
Faculty: Teaching quality is average, but facilities like Wi-Fi and the library help us. We can study in the classroom till 10 PM. All faculty members are qualified, but some can’t explain like everyone. The course curriculum is good and has the basics of every future field. The pass percentage is above 90%, and the semester exams are a little hard but not so much that you have to fail.
Other: I have a special interest in my course, that is the reason I chose this course. It is good, but it needs facilities improvement in our branch. A few facilities have to be changed, except that, everything is good, and some are excellent also. Events are conducted by management in our college, including technical events, sports, and scholarships. You can also learn music, musicians are there for you.

This college is only good.
Placements: My college is based on students' self-study. My college is tier-3 type of college, so you already know that tier-3 type of colleges have less placements. But the highest package is 25 LPA, and the lowest package is 5 LPA, so here every student doesn't depend on placements.
Infrastructure: My hostel is very good and very strong due to the number one cement, but everyday once clean every block with detergent. My block has five blocks with only boys and side block is girls' block. It depends on the course of every group.
Faculty: My exam paper depends on the GATE model. It's very easy to crack the GATE exams, and every engineering college has eight semesters. Every semester requires six months, so every B.Tech requires four years. It has difficult papers so it's good.
Other: I chose ECE branch, ECE means electronic communication engineering. My childhood goal is to design chip, and it's used for the future generation.
