The placement at the Regional Institute of Management and Technology University is generally better for MBA students compared to BTech students. As per the Engineering and Management NIRF reports 2024, the median package offered during RIMT University BTech and MBA placements 2023 stood at INR 3.34 LPA and INR 4.57 LPA, respectively. Hence, the placement package offered to MBA graduates is slightly higher than the BTech course. However, according to the reports, the number of BTech students placed is more than the number of graduates placed from MBA courses.

XAT 2025 was held on the first Sunday of January 2025, which was January 5. The exam dates had been officially announced by XLRI Jamshedpur on July 15, 2024, by the XATONLINE website. The exam was conducted in 72 cities from 2 pm to 5:30 pm. The registration process continued until the first week of December 2024.

Online application submission only. XAT fee is INR 2,200 for all candidates. Fee to be submitted at the time of application form submission Graduation degree must for filling the XAT form (final-year candidates can also apply).

As mentioned above, to get admission into the DPharm course at RIMT University, candidates must qualify for their Class 12 with Science stream and at least have secured 50%. The admission process is based on merit and valid scores in NEET exams. The admission procedure majorly involves three steps i.e., online registration, the release of the merit list on the basis of Class 12 scores, and admission confirmation. Therefore, getting admission into the BPharm course is neither so hard nor so easy, as the university will release the merit list according to candidates' scores in Class 12 and the university has limited seats for the BPharm programme. Overall, the feedback suggests that the placement cell at RIMT University needs significant improvement to effectively place its BTech graduates in reputed companies.

NTA released the re-revised scorecard on July 26, 2024. In this scorecard, the score has been revised as per the Supreme Court verdict of removing the bonus marks awarded earlier for the controversial Physics question, and deducting one mark from those who marked incorrect answer options. The city and centre-wise result data such as number of candidates appeared and scores obtained, by masking candidates' personal data was released on July 21, as per the Supreme Court order given on the hearing dated July 18, 2024. The NEET 2024 result for the re-exam, which was conducted on June 23, was declared on July 1, day day after the slated date. The final answer keys for the NEET 2024 re-exam was released by June 30, ahead of the result declaration. Earlier, the result of NEET 2024 was declared by NTA on June 4, 2024, 10 days ahead of the original schedule, which was June 14, 2024. NTA released the final NEET answer keys on June 4, prior to the release of the NEET result 2024. The NEET result was declared in an online mode. Candidates have to log in with their registration credentials or application number and date of birth, and download their scorecard in PDF format. NTA also released the merit list containing the name, Roll Number, All India Rank and Percentile of the candidates. Along with the NEET 2024 scorecard, NTA also released the NEET 2024 cutoff marks or the qualifying marks/scores.
