The NIRF ranking at RMIT University is way below at 169 out of 171 across India. All recruiters keep track of this and then only select students. As a result, the median salary package is around INR3L. In addition, considering the total number of students studying across different courses and those who opt for placement, this institution is able to place very less number of students. The placement at the Regional Institute of Management and Technology University is generally better for MBA students compared to BTech students. As per the Engineering and Management NIRF reports 2024, the median package offered during RIMT University BTech and MBA placements 2023 stood at INR 3.34 LPA and INR 4.57 LPA, respectively. Hence, the placement package offered to MBA graduates is slightly higher than the BTech course. However, according to the reports, the number of BTech students placed is more than the number of graduates placed from MBA courses. 

RIMT University DPharm course is a two-year diploma, divided into four semesters and offered in full-time mode. The university also offers a DPharm in Ayurveda. This course is recognised by the Pharmacy Council of India. The subjects included in the course are for creating a base knowledge of Pharmaceutical Science for students. The names of the subjects are as follows:

XAT 2025 was held on the first Sunday of January 2025, which was January 5. The exam dates had been officially announced by XLRI Jamshedpur on July 15, 2024, by the XATONLINE website. The exam was conducted in 72 cities from 2 pm to 5:30 pm. The registration process continued until the first week of December 2024.

RIMT University is a private university located in Punjab, approved by UGC. The university offers 10 specialisations in MBA courses, such as Pharmaceutical management, MBA in Business Analytics, MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management, MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management, MBA in Finance, MBA in Marketing, MBA in Sales, Advertising & Marketing, MBA in International Business and MBA in Banking Finance & Insurance. Each of the specialisations is offered for two years, divided into four semesters and offered in full-time mode. Hence, RIMT University does not offer MBA courses in distance learning mode. 

The eligibility criteria to get MBA scholarship offered by RIMT University, includes candidates attendance, score, and available Scholarships shall be awarded on first come first serve basis.

• A student can avail RIMT University Scholarship under one parameter only as mentioned above. However, they has the choice to select better one.
• Student must maintain the attendance 75% in the previous first and second semester of the year and must maintain 6 CGPA for the claim of scholarship for the next academic year. Same conditions will be followed while awarding the scholarships in the subsequent years.

Unfortunately, after searching various different data sources the information on the required CAT scores for admission into MBA courses at RIMT University is not available. It could mean that this university gives admissions to perhaps whosoever is eligible and is applying. This is something along with what the National Medical Commission did recently by lowering the percentile to "zero" as the minimum in NEET PG for giving admissions to PG courses for leftover seats. Of course, this did not yield any fruitful results. In the same vein, it seems that this institute gives admissions to MBA.
