- The CAT 2026 registration is expected to start in the Aug, 2026 for admission to the MBA course.
- The GATE 2026 exam for admission to ME/MTech courses has concluded. Results are scheduled for release on Mar 19, 2026.

Commonly asked questions On Fees and Eligibility
XAT 2025 was held on the first Sunday of January 2025, which was January 5. The exam dates had been officially announced by XLRI Jamshedpur on July 15, 2024, by the XATONLINE website. The exam was conducted in 72 cities from 2 pm to 5:30 pm. The registration process continued until the first week of December 2024.
Online application submission only. XAT fee is INR 2,200 for all candidates. Fee to be submitted at the time of application form submission Graduation degree must for filling the XAT form (final-year candidates can also apply).
Currently, the application forms are available for BSc courses at RIMT University, but the classes are going to start very soon.
However, the last date to fill out the application form has not been declared by the University. RIMT University BSc deadline will be announced later by the University.

The basic eligibility criteria required to get admission into BTech courses at RIMT University, are mentioned below:
- For BTech (with all the above-mentioned specialisations), a student must have passed Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with any one subject between Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject with minimum 45% aggregate (40% for reserved category students) in all the subjects taken together.
- For BTech - Lateral Entry (All Branches), students who have passed three year Diploma in Engineering are eligible for Lateral Entry (Join third semester of the programme).
- The tuition fees for BTech courses range from INR 3.8 lakh to INR 8.3 lakh depending on the specialisation.

As per the Engineering and Management NIRF reports 2024, the median package offered during RIMT University BTech and MBA placements 2023 stood at INR 3.34 LPA and INR 4.57 LPA, respectively.
