Rishihood University Organises Policy Bootcamp (PBC)

June 26, 2023: Policy Bootcamp (PBC) is the launchpad to a career in nation-building. Interact with prominent officials, distinguished political figures, media figures, and local activists to gain insight into their experiences and viewpoints. Students can gain an understanding of the tradeoffs involved in formulating policies that affect a country with a population of 1.25 billion over the course of 15 days. Additionally, you would gain a thorough understanding of institutions and the impact of variables including political parties, policy concepts, information technology, and globalisation.

Rishihood University In Partnership is offering a 1-month Residential Course on How to Lead an Inspired Life Drawing on the Lessons from the Bhagavad Gita

June 26, 2023: A one-month residential course provided by Vedanta Wisdom Trust in collaboration with Rishihood University offers insights on how to live such an inspired life by relying on the teachings from the Bhagavad Gita. The training is broken down into four sections based on Chapter 5: - The Practise of The Yoga of Renunciation: Module 1: Stages of Human Growth – Verses 1 to 7 (1st – 7th July ’23), Module 2: Actions for the Different Stages – Verses 8 to 12 (8th – 14th July ’23), Module 3: The Self-Realized – Verses 13 to 19 (15th – 21st July ’23) and Module 4: The Path to Happiness – Verses 20 to 29 (22nd – 31st July ’23). Anyone who is interested in developing clarity of thought and is in pursuit of lasting happiness. Over 20 years of age with the ability to take part in physical activities as part of the course. Dr. Janki Santoke, a lifetime learner, teacher, and devotee of Vedanta philosophy, will be the main course instructor. She is the organization's creator and managing trustee.

The course will run for one month from 1st July 2023 to 31st July 2023. It will be fully residential and hosted at Rishihood University, Sonipat, Haryana, India. Students may attend for a shorter duration with the consent of the coordinator. Participants who complete the full one-month course will receive a certification of completion from Rishihood University and Vedanta Wisdom Trust. Those who participate for a shorter duration will not be eligible for a certificate of completion.

Centre for Human Sciences, Rishihood University in Association with Central Sanskrit University, New Delhi, under the Ashtaadashi Scheme Organises Sanskrit Literature for Children 

June 26, 2023: Rishihood University invites innovative Sanskrit authors to take part in a study that aims to create books that contain children's stories, rhymes, songs, short plays, and short stories. The Ashtaadashi Scheme has been used to fund this initiative, which has been undertaken by the Centre for Human Sciences at Rishihood University in collaboration with Central Sanskrit University in New Delhi. Rishihood University encourages innovative content that is suitable for children, with simple language and containing five new Sanskrit words that are appropriate for the world of children. Each book should contain no more than 25 stories, poems, songs, playlets, or short stories. Moreover, each story, poem, song, playlet, or anecdote should not exceed one page in length. The deadline for submission is June 30th, 2023. The content will be reviewed by experts, and if your submission is selected, you will be notified. If you do not receive any response after submission, please understand that your content has not been selected.

Placements: Internship culture is very good. 3 students also cracked GSOC in their first year of college. Some students qualified for ICPC (International Collegiate Programming Contests). 98%of the first-year students got internships in great companies and startups. Some students have their own startup, which is funded by the college. College also brings many CEOs and ex-CEOs for students to gain experience from them.

Placements: There have not been any placements yet. It is a very new college and there are only 2 batches studying in the college. First and second years only. They do put a very strong emphasis on placements though, since the very first year and some students have managed to get very big placements within the first year alone. The salary offered ranges from Rs. 40,000-60,000 per month.

Placements: In CSE, there are numerous opportunities available for students. On average, 40–50% of students get successfully placed in our course. Infrastructure and facilities are excellent.

Placements: The highest package is 43 LPA. The average is around 12 to 18 LPA. In our college, many companies are visiting. The first-year students got internships more than 80% because of the good curriculum and practice.
