Pragati/ Saksham Scheme is available only to female candidates whose annual family income does not exceed INR 8 Lacs per year and who are admitted diploma/degree programme in the institution approved by AICTE. 

Under the scheme, the student is eligible to receive a sum of INR 30,000 or the actual tuition fees paid, whichever is less. The student, if he/she is staying in a hostel, is also entitled to receive INR 20,000 towards a contingency allowance.

Yes, RK University provides Post Matric Scholarships for SC students. Under the scholarship, tuition fees, maintenance allowance, exam fees and equipment & books are granted as prescribed by the Govt.

• For boys the income limit is INR 2.50 Lacs per year.
• For Girls candidates there is no income limit.

Yes, B.Tech Mechanical Engineering is offered at RK University. The Department offers undergraduate course in Mechanical engineering and postgraduate courses in Thermal Sciences and Machine Design Specializations. With 120 undergraduate students enrolled, the department offers well-equipped laboratories connected to its many divisions where teaching and research can be done. The department not only conducts industrial consulting but also corporate training programs. As this is the program's closing rank, admission would not have been granted to anyone who scored lower than 14047 on the pertinent entrance exam (probably GUJCET).The cutoffs may increase in response to a greater number of applications, while they may decrease in response to a smaller number.
