RKU Admission 2025: Eligibility, Application Process, Dates

Yes, RK University applications are currently open. Candidates have to meet the eligibility requirements to apply for a course. Aspirants must first register with the basic details to generate login credentials and then fill out the application form.

The Gujarat Common admission Test (GUJCET) or JEE Mains are the admission exams used to determine the candidates for this course. The B.Tech course requires students to have taken the GUJCET in order to be admitted. Passing Class 12 in relevant stream and from a recognised board is only neccessary. After the GUJCET and JEE Main results counselling is done during which you can apply for various B.Tech courses based on your exam scores.

The course fees in B.Tech is around 65000 for every year. At RK University in Rajkot, the entire cost of a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree is INR 2.86 lakhs. Exam and registration fees are included in this.The fees for B.Tech programmes range from 65,000 to 76,500 for the first year. The total fees for the B.Tech programme at RK University is 2.86 Lakhs. The fees for B.Tech in Civil Engineering is 71,625 per year. The fees for B.Tech in Computer Engineering is 2.60 Lakhs. The fees for B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is 76,500 for the first year This fee remains same for almost all the B.Tech courses in the college. Besides scholarships are offered to students with more than 80% of marks.

Yes, RK University provides Post Matric Scholarships for SC students. Under the scholarship, tuition fees, maintenance allowance, exam fees and equipment & books are granted as prescribed by the Govt.

Below is the criteria for the scholarship:

• For boys the income limit is INR 2.50 Lacs per year.
• For Girls candidates there is no income limit.

Pragati/ Saksham Scheme is available only to female candidates whose annual family income does not exceed INR 8 Lacs per year and who are admitted diploma/degree programme in the institution approved by AICTE. 

Under the scheme, the student is eligible to receive a sum of INR 30,000 or the actual tuition fees paid, whichever is less. The student, if he/she is staying in a hostel, is also entitled to receive INR 20,000 towards a contingency allowance.

RKU charges between INR 35,000 and INR 75,000 in fees for B.Tech programmes.RKU's B.Pharm. programme typically costs between INR 45,000 and 60,000 every semester. The typical cost of the RKU BBA and BBA (Hons.) programmes is between INR 40,000 and 70,000 each semester. Science, Commerce, Law, and other programmes at RKU usually have fees between INR 25,000 and INR 45,000 per semester.

Depending on the specialisation, the cost of RKU's M.Tech programmes can vary significantly, from INR 45,000 to 1.25 Lacs each semester. The average semester cost of an M.Pharm programme is between INR 50,000 and 80,000.The cost of RKU's MBA programme varies by specialisation and ranges from INR 65,000 to 1.5 Lacs per semester.
