BSc at SAGE University provides hostel accommodation for students who are traveling to Bhopal for their BSc education. The hostel rooms are provided as non-AC rooms and AC rooms. The annual cost of the hostel ranges from INR 2.1 Lacs to INR 2.8 Lakh. Candidates can also avail of bus services offered by the university, which are on a sliding scale of annual fees of INR 15,000 to 21,000 depending on the distance the bus service is needed.

SAGE University conducts SEE for shortlisting candidates for BTech course. SEE is an online test conducted for admission to various UG and PG courses of SAGE University. After completion of the selection rounds, the university releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university.
