Overall best experience at this college; really enjoy life there and grateful for faculty members.
Placements: They offer great placement as it's new; they still have a huge number of hiring partners. Also, the huge network of the chairman helps us a lot. Even the students in that college are very ambitious about their careers; they build startups, deploy projects, and conduct big events.
Infrastructure: They have stunning Wi-Fi, great infrastructure, and top-class management. Yes, simply you can rate it 4-5. They provide a clean and neat food court with a great variety of food. The mess is also well and good; they conduct sports events every year with discipline, and extra activities are also there.
Faculty: They conduct strict exams; faculty members are very sweet and professional about their work. The curriculum of the college and course is also well and good. They teach us according to industry needs and requirements so that nobody in this college is left unplaced. They are really good at ATIT.
Other: Well-taught students are there, maintaining pace and silence. The reason to choose this course is that they are providing good teachers who teach us as if we are in an actual company.

So, I would recommend others to take admission in my college because it is really good environment.
Placements: So, currently our first batch has gone for internships in Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore. Our faculty is also trying to place all our students into top companies of India as well as out of India, so they are always trying for internships and placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is just excellent. Like they placed the entire city into the campus. They have a campus of around 150+ acres. Our college has all the facilities that you want, like a supermarket, gym, cricket stadium, basketball ground, football ground, swimming pool, and cafes. We have all these facilities on our campus.
Faculty: Our college appoints faculty members from industry, so we have faculty from Cognizant, Wipro, Bajaj, etc. All those faculty members are in top positions in their company, they teach us from an industry perspective, so we also prepare ourselves from an industry perspective.
Other: I have chosen this course because I love to design and sketch, so it's my inbuilt passion.

Good campus life and decent placements, but still needs improvements.
Placements: In our course at SGU, around 40%-45% of eligible students secure campus placements each year (for example, in 2023- 24, out of 218 graduation and undergraduate students, only 90 were placed). The highest package offered recently has been up to 36 LPA for select students. The average (or median) package for many batches is in the range of 2 to 4 LPA (for example: median for UG 3-year was 2.4 LPA and for 4-year - 3.6 LPA). The lowest offers reported were around 2 to 2.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our department has decent facilities overall. We get full campus Wi-Fi most of the time. Labs are well equipped for normal practical and coding work, and classrooms have projectors and enough seating. The library has a good collection for CSE, but honestly, it gets crowded during exam time. Hostel facilities are okay, not perfect, but manageable. Rooms are clean, but sometimes maintenance takes time. Mess food is average, some days it is good, and some days it is just normal, so students mostly depend on canteen snacks. Medical facilities on campus are available and helpful during emergencies.

Other: I'm from the recent CSE batch, and overall our course experience was quite decent. I chose this course mainly because I was interested in coding and wanted a stable career in the teaching field. The best thing about CSE is that you get exposure to many areas like programming, data, and software development, and you can explore whatever you like most. I feel the course could improve by giving more hands-on, practical, and real industry projects instead of just theory. Sometimes the workload also gets uneven, and some subjects feel outdated, so updating them more often would be great.

The college has great learning environment with supportive faculty.
Placements: A good percentage is required, but a student with good skills is more important in my opinion. The highest package is 8 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Students having good knowledge of problem-solving can pass the interviews. There are many roles offered, but it's up to us what we prefer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is too good and beautiful. The hostel is clean and great. Infrastructure consists of a lake, trees, gardens, statues, and much more. There is free Wi-Fi, clean labs, and larger classrooms. The library consists of different types of books. It has been a great experience.
Faculty: The faculty is great, friendly, and well-experienced. The staff is great and the way of teaching is too nice. The curriculum is greater, well-planned, and designed with exams, holidays, and events. Each year consists of two semesters, and a total of 8 semesters in 4 years. I had a great time out there.

According satisfied due to good placement around kolhapur and nice and big campus.
Placements: 50% of students passed in the academic year 2024-2025 from B.Tech CSE, with the highest package offered being around 5 to 7 LPA. Top companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Amazon, Capgemini, Deloitte, Bitwise, and many startups visit the campus. Around 60% of students got internships, and top roles included software development engineer, full stack developer, back-end engineer, software tester, data analyst, and python developer.
Infrastructure: Facilities are top-class compared to other colleges in Kolhapur, with a decent environment, greenery, cleanliness, sanitation, modern classrooms, and well-equipped laboratories. Hostel rooms are good with 4 beds each and plenty of rooms, maintaining proper cleanliness and comfort. Offering a good environment for self-study with a natural view outside the windows. Food quality is decent, though the monthly mess fee is around 3500, medical facilities are top-notch, and sports are arranged and conducted nicely every year, enjoyed by students, with separate facilities for kabaddi, football, cricket, volleyball, and basketball.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but honestly speaking, some faculty members need to be replaced. Otherwise, SGU has some of the best faculty members compared to other colleges in Kolhapur. The course curriculum is updated frequently and maintained according to industry needs. SGU has many MoUs with companies. The difficulty level is lower than other colleges and helpful for students, which helps them focus on skill development rather than just passing exams. So, I can rate the syllabus 8 out of 10. I cut 2 points because the SGU syllabus also contains some unnecessary subjects which are not useful. The passing percentage is almost above 70%.
Other: I chose the course beacuse I am interested in coding and I love building programs and I am excited to build a career in it. I can suggest that their should be a small change in course like the removal of extra unnecessary subjects and add some more core subjects instead Events and fests are the best the college by organizes its umang (annual gathering) so that people can explore some extra curricular skills like dance and music etc. In them. The College invites celebrities while in umang. Every year. College has scholarship scheme like ebc. Ews. Extra and merit based scholarship.

Inside Sanjay Ghodawat University - SGU.
Placements: The percentage of students who get placed in our course is about 25%. The highest package offered is 6 LPA. The average package is 2 LPA. The lowest package offered is 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Cipla, Sun Pharma, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Lupin, etc. About 20% of students get internships from our course in Reddy's Laboratories and Lupin. Top role offered is junior pharmacist.
Infrastructure: Good facilities are available for our course and world-class infrastructure is built. The campus is very attractive and clean. Wi-Fi is available on the campus for free. Laboratories are well-equipped. Big classrooms are available. There is a big library also present. In the hostel, there are 4 students in one room and two fans are available in each room. Hostel mess food quality is not so good compared to the price they charge for one month which is Rs 3,500 for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Medical facilities are available on campus. Sports ground is so big and lots of games and competitions are held.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are well-experienced and highly qualified. But some newly joined faculty members lack knowledge and have poor teaching quality. The course curriculum is relevant mostly but it is not so helpful in becoming industry-ready. We have to make extra effort to get ready for industry. Semester exam difficulty depends on ourselves, if we study hard it feels easy. The passing percentage is about 40%.
Other: From childhood, I was interested in biology later I discovered B pharmacy so I got admission into this course. The best thing about this course is it provides lots of knowledge about pharmaceutical studies, medicine, etc. I would like to add more practical knowledge and industry visits so we get better idea about the curriculum. The biggest fest is called Umang held in February. Campus crowd is good and connectivity is also good with all modes of transport.
