MSc is a two-year programme offered in two specialisations. MSc (Research) is offered in Chemistry by the university.

The total number of students placed during the 2025 placement drive is yet to be released. Earlier, 91.3% students of the batch 2024 were placed. 438 students registered for 2024 placement and secured 506 offers.

SNU Noida admissions are either entrance or merit-based. Candidates have to qualify the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for any of the courses. For UG courses, candidates must pass Class 12 and have appeared for SAT or JEE Main in case of UG courses. SNU Noida admission to PG courses like MBA, MSc, etc. is based on entrance exams like  NMAT, GMAT, XAT, university admission test, etc. for specific courses. A pass in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics with at least 65% aggregate is required to apply for SNU BTech programme. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification in later stages of admission. Besides, eligibility, aspirants must also meet the selection criteria. Aspirants must qualify JEE Main, CUET, SAT or ACT to get admission to BTech course. Candidates can also appear for SNUSAT conducted by the university for BTech course.

Candidates willing to take part in the Shiv Nadar University admission process must apply before the last date of application. At the postgraduate level, the university provides PhD and  MTech, MBA,  and various other programmes to students. At the undergraduate level, the Shiv Nadar University Noida offers four-year BTech, BA, BA, and various other programmes to students. SNU Noida also provides PhD and various other courses to students. BTech is offered in Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering,  and various other streams.

Shiv Nadar University has a simple admission process. Candidates can begin with registration of the course of their choice. The applicable fee for entrance exam i.e. SNUSAT is INR 2,500. Once the registration is done, aspirants are required to check the criteria for selection for the particular course. 

For UG courses, SAT, CUET, etc. is accepted for admission. Aspirants can also appear for SNUSAT conducted by the university. SNUSAT is a two hour computer-based test conducted for UG admission. Besides, for PG courses, admission is based on national-level entrance exam. 

JEE Main is one of the criteria for SNU Noida admission to BTech programme. The minimum aggregate for BTech is Class 12 with at least 65%. As per the data collated from multiple sourced, 90.2 is a decent score and can get the candidate admission in SNU BTech course. However, such aspirants will not be abe to avail SNU Scholarships. Candidates with at least 95% marks in Class 12 Board or at least 98 percentiles in JEE Main can get 25% waiver in tuition fee.

No, SNU Noida does not offer direct admission. Aspirants wishing to apply for any of the BSc specialisations have to go through all the steps. Below are the steps that candidates need to follow for SNU Noida BSc (Research) admission:

STEP 1: Application

Candidates need to apply online for admission to all courses. Aspirants need to pay an entrance exam fee of INR 2,500 for SNU Noida admission.

STEP 2: Entrance Exam

SNU Noida selects candidates for BSc (Research) based on entrance exam score. The university conducts SNUSAT in online mode for selecting candidates for UG admission. Apart from SNUSAT, SNU Noida accepts SAT  (college board),  CUET, ACT scores. For BSc (Research) Biotechnology, candidates can also apply through NEET.

STEP 3: Admission Confirmation

Once all the selection rounds are done, aspirants receive an offer letter. Candidates need to pay the programme fee to confirm their seat in the university.

Your 12th marks will not affect your XAT result at all. In terms of basic eligibility criteria, the authorities demands a bachelors' degree from a candidates seeking admission to MBA course through XAT.

Aspirants have to meet the minimum qualification to be eligible for XAT exam. Given below are the the latest XAT eligibility criteria and academic requirments:

• Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university.

• Students in their final year of bachelor's degree or awaiting their results are also eligible to appear for XAT.

• There is no minimum marks requirement in graduation criteria for XAT exam. Candidate should have passing marks in their bachelor's degree programme.
• Working professionals and candidates with professional degrees (CA/CS) can also appear in the exam.
• There is no age limit for XAT 2026. Fresh graduates as well as working professionals can appear for it.
