Yes, the Department of Technology, Shivaji University does offer direct admission for its BTech programme through lateral entry in the second year. Students, however, are required to meet the admission criteria of the programme. For its BTech and MTech fresh admissions, candidates must appear for the accepted entrance exams (JEE Main, GATE, MHT CET, etc). In 2024, the Shivaji University cutoff 2024 relelased as per the category. The cutoff was released for General, SC, and ST categories.
