The prerequisite for eligibility is a bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum cumulative GPA of 50%. The university compiles a merit list based on the applicants' performance during the selection process. The counselling round is open to those whose names appear on the merit list. At this point, candidates must pay the necessary fee to confirm their admission.

The Shoolini University offers merit, need, and merit-cumulative need-based scholarships. On a case-by-case basis, the scholarship amount ranges from 10% to 100% of the tuition fee remission. Students who apply to Shoolini University for MBA courses will receive a 20% scholarship for the first semester alone. This is eligible for students with at least one year of regular job experience, and those with at least two years of regular work experience will receive a 30% scholarship.
