Review of Shoolini University.
Placements: The MBA 2023-2025 batch has 147 students including all the courses where 5-6 students didn't sit for placements and 5-7 students got deemed from placements because they broke placement policies. The highest package offered to this batch was 13.6 LPA, while the lowest package was 4 LPA, with an average package of 7 LPA. The top recruiting companies included Jaro Education, Aditya Birla Capital, Marico, ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential, and Cremica. 85% of the students received internships through the college. Focus areas for placements included sales and marketing.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite limited as they only prefer the batch size of 200 students but the services are quite good like Wi-Fi, and projector mics and life is exceptional. Hostels are also good but sometimes compromises with the food menu otherwise you will get warm water from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, especially B block (620000/sem) pool table, table tennis, and a lot of games are there. The best thing about the hostel is that if you practice religion like fasting in Navratri they have a special dinner for you.
Faculty: Good blend of individual people and academic backgrounds. Some faculty are really helpful but some are not course is mostly similar to top B schools of India. Exams are too easy to pass 70% of assignments, quizzes, and class participation, and the rest 30% of exams ( which is online ).
Other: Shoolini University is the best university in Himachal. The most exciting part is the Sprint 21-day program. They invest in startups and if you think of marketing you can consider this college. The foreign exchange program but if you think of Finance it would be risky and the main thing is on one mentorship and the batch size is small here. Every month you see different programs here and every year there is moksha which is a teach fest so overall great place for personal development. One major improvement they should make is the execution of the curriculum.

Our college provides good placements.
Placements: Top roles offered are TSO in Unilever, deputy managers in ICICI Bank, etc. Our university supports students. They provide great placement opportunities for all students. Top recruiting companies are ICICI, Unilever, Accenture, Genpact, Tridents, etc. Many companies visit our college to recruit students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides us with good and comfortable facilities. The ambiance and environment of our university give the feel of the Himalayas, peace, and harmony. The food served in the mess is good.
Faculty: Teachers are highly educated and highly experienced in their subjects. A hybrid examination system helped us to manage our exams and classes effectively. If students attend classes regularly, they can easily pass exams. They conduct many activities for our growth.
Other: Our university provides many scholarships like academic scholarships. Many fests and events are held in our college to keep students busy and to get trained as an all-rounder.
