The faculty and placements are good, but I am disappointed with the management.

Placements: 30% of students got placed from our course. The highest package offered is 4-5 Lacs per annum, the lowest package is 2-3 Lacs per annum, and the average package is 2.5-3 Lacs per annum. Continental Private Limited in Manesar offered placements. 30% of students got placed in Continental Pvt. Ltd., in Manesar. Assistant executive is the top role offered.

Infrastructure: The college has well-ventilated classrooms. The campus is neat and clean. Laboratories have all the necessary equipment. Books related to all the courses are easily available in the library. It has both girls and boys hostels, and the food is quite acceptable to eat, and it has an excellent canteen with good space and good food at low prices.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and well qualified. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are moderate, and every student can pass with little effort. 35% is the pass percentage. The faculty members are very supportive, and there is a good understanding between us. They are friendly and supportive. 80% of students passed the exams with no backlogs. The curriculum is good.

Other: I chose this course because I had an interest in electrical engineering, and I wanted to become a JE in this field. There are many teachers. Celebrities come to the campus during the very well-organised fest.

I am absolutely dissatisfied because of bad faculty members.

Placements: Only around 30% to 40% of the students got placed from our course. The highest salary offered to us was Rs. 15,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 7,000 per month. The top recruiting company for our course is Amazon. Only 50% to 60% of the students got internships from our course, i.e., diploma in electrical engineering in companies like Amazon, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our course is very bad because, from the first semester of the first year to until now, I am studying in an under-construction building. I am going to pass out, and this is my last semester. There are no facilities like elevators and air-conditioners. There is always much noise around the campus. So, overall there is a bad environment in Ramswaroop Memorial University.

Faculty: The teachers in the diploma course are very bad as they are not helpful to any student. However, they are qualified, but they are not knowledgeable. Even they have much ego, and they always reduce our marks without any reason.

Other: In all other courses, there are no many problems like our course because the campus life is very bad there. All management members treat us like we are not useful for them like other courses' students. There have always been fights when any fest or event organised on the campus, and guards and security members don't care that. Then police officers come and take action.

The college has good workshops and labs.

Placements: There are many companies like Tata Motors, Mahindra, Larsen and Turbo, Essar, HCL involved by our college in placements and for generating employment for students. But there are still many companies and firms needed for good placements for students. I hope that there will be good and enough placements in the future.

Infrastructure: Our University is newly developed with 100 acres of land and high infrastructure. There is a good environment and clean infrastructure on the campus. There are a few buildings that are still being developed but most of them are developed and constructed. The campus has five blocks and two hostels for girls/boys. It has good quality workshops and labs. There is a special workshop block for diploma students.

Faculty: Faculty members and teachers are highly qualified and have enough knowledge to teach students technical and managerial courses. The course and curriculum are designed by the University itself. There are University tests conducted after every unit that makes students confident about their knowledge. They have to learn from their courses. There is feedback taken from students on a regular basis for monitoring of the performance of faculty members and teachers who are teaching to us.

Other: Our university is situated on the border of Lucknow and Barabanki in Uttar Pradesh. It has approximately 100 acres of land with a clean and green environment. It has a bank branch and petrol pump outside the campus that makes easy for students to use. There is a canteen and bakery for students. Every block has its own libraries and stock of books as per the course need and demands.

There are a few things that needs to be changed.

Placements: There is placement in our college but I have not yet listened much from the seniors and teachers. Companies like TCS, Tata Motors, and Larsen and Turbo are there as per college’s pamphlets that they had showed us during the time of admission.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is not very good but it is in development as new buildings are under construction and many more projects are there to be completed in future.

Faculty: Faculty and teachers are well qualified in their respective subjects. Most of them holds a Master’s degree along with a degree of Ph.D. College campus is ragging free. 75% of attendance is very necessary for every student to appear in examinations.

Review of Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University.

Placements: About 80% or more students were placed. The highest salary package offered was 25 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 7 LPA. Top recruiters were Wipro, Infosys, Tech and Light, Adobe, and HCL. Around 80% of students got internships at UPPCL. Many roles like Junior engineer, SDO, lineman, industry operator, power supplier, power generator, etc., were offered in this course.

Infrastructure: Stylish infrastructure was needed. They need to build a new building. No Wi-Fi facilities were available. Classrooms were not that good. The library did not contain books. Good facilities were provided in the hostel.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful. Even highly qualified teachers were always present to clear our doubts. There was a helping environment. The curriculum made students ready for industries and companies. Exams were not that difficult.

Other: I had better knowledge about this field long enough. The best part of this course was that it helped me in my development. They should increase the number of equipments for lab work. They also conducted extracurricular activities in the hostel.
