Singhania University is a private university established in 2007. The university is recognised by UGC and AICTE. It has been approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) for its Law programmes. Additionally, the university's architecture programmes are accredited by the Council of Architecture (COA).

Singhania University courses are available at undergraduate, postgraduate, postgraduate diploma, doctoral,  and online levels. In addition to this,  Singhania University Distance Education offers in Teaching, Management, Science, IT,  and Traditional courses, among others. Yes, Singhania University refunds the fees if a student withdraws/cancels their admission within the stipulated time. The university follows the fee refund policy prescribed by UGC. The fees will be refunded based on the following UGC guidelines:

• In case of cancellations of admissions/migrations of students up to September 30, 2024, the university shall make full refund of fees with a deduction of not more than INR 1,000 as a processing fee, up to 31 October 2024.
• For any admission schedule extending/commencing beyond October 31, 2024, the refund of fees shall be made on following basis:

The admission process is that applicants must have earned a 10+2 Diploma or its equivalent. The last qualifying degree's grades and perhaps the results of an entrance exam are used to determine admission.

The university provides a number of B.Tech specialisations, including civil engineering, electrical engineering, agricultural information technology, and aeronautical engineering. Around 180 students are normally admitted to Singhania University's B.Tech programme.
