Hi Arman. It all depend on the company that they will put criteria or not. Some companies like Ceat, HUL, Tefe Etc have a criteria of above 60% only. Therefore don't worry about criteria as many companies does'nt put any criteria for selection.

The placement of students each year for both the divisions is 100%, provided they are eligible for the placements! Hi Rahul. BIMHRD is a good college. You will be getting a average package of Rs 6,00,000 to Rs 7,00,000 from this college. Now on taking drop you must see your score in entrance exams specially CAT if you scored more than 80 percentile Than yes take a drop and study for top notch college. Give your all day and night for good score. If you scored less than you have to think about a year that will be wasted by you. As competition getting tougher companies are selecting only best talent. With 1 more year gap you will be taking risk. But yeah if you can score 90- 95% in CAT then take drop.
