I am not satisfied with the faculty, infrastructure, uniform code, placements, and internships.
Placements: At SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ghaziabad, approximately 30% of BBA students secure placements. The highest package offered is 7 LPA, with the average salary ranging between 3 LPA and 4 LPA. Some top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, and KPMG. Roles offered include business development executive, sales and marketing executive, operations manager, etc. The internship percentage for students is not very high.
Infrastructure: Only the Vendhar knowledge center is beautifully designed, where only B.Tech students are allowed. Otherwise, the college is not very attractive. There are many clubs, and teachers encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities. The library always has books related to the course, but beyond that, it does not have much.
Faculty: Some teachers are good and speak in a very professional manner, but the majority of faculty, specifically in BBA, are not very professional. They always talk in a very bad tone and don't know how to speak in English. Teachers' mistakes and students are responsible, which creates a very bad influence on them. They don't feel heard and can't express themselves.
Other: Choosing a BBA can be a great decision for anyone interested in building a foundation in business management, leadership, and entrepreneurship. It provides diverse career options, a strong foundation in business principles, a pathway to higher education, etc. Many things that could be improved, such as creating a sense of unity among all the courses. For example, management students are not allowed to wear casuals, while science students are allowed to wear whatever they want. We cannot go out of college except during lunch break, and teachers should take responsibility for their mistakes and not put it on students. Additionally, small events keep happening.

I am satisfied with faculty members.
Placements: Almost 30% of students get placed, and the highest salary package offered is 7 LPA. The average salary package is 3 LPA-4 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, Accenture, and others. No students got internships from my course. Top roles offered are in sales, marketing, finance, and HR. They mainly focus on sales.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi works averagely here, and the infrastructure is okay. Air-conditioners are in all the classrooms, keeping them well-ventilated. The library has a very big collection of books. The hostel is average, as the food is not up to the mark. Medical facilities are good, and sports are also promoted here.
Faculty: Teachers' minimum qualification here is PhD, which makes them experienced in providing easy teaching. The curriculum is good but has less practical approach. The difficulty of exams is reasonable, and you have to score 50% to pass. It makes students industry-ready, with almost 50% being prepared.
Other: I want to be a manager rather than an employee, which is why I chose BBA. Here, you can easily approach the faculty. It can be improved if some practical experiences are provided.
