Candidates seeking BCom (Hons) admission at SRM University are required to meet the eligibility criteria specified by the university. As per the eligibility criteria, candidates must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination, recognised by State or Central Education Board. They must have taken five subjects in Class 12 with an aggregate score of 50%. The university has not specified the subjects required in Class 12/ equivalent examination. SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) will be held in 2 phases and in remorse online proctored mode. Also the University accepts National level exam JEE Mains for admission to its BTech Programme. So candidates are required to have a valid scores of the above mentioned exams. Admission without JEE is not possible as per the University's admission guidelines.

SRM Sonepat annual tuition fee of BTech ranges between INR 1.75 Lacs and INR 2.5 Lacs per annum. Candidates might have to have other one time admission fee during admission.
