    It is an average college.
Placements: I am in BCA final year and I am going to passout around May. In our class, 4 people got the placements. The highest package is 1.5 LPA, and the lowest package is 1 LPA. Top recruiting company is Accenture. Internships we are supposed to do on our own. We do not have to an internship compulsory as we are having a project. Top role offered in our course is developer.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructures provided are labs, classrooms, and library. There is not much they have offered, that too they have increased the batches and classes are less. They keep on switching classes now and then. I am not staying in the hostel. The food in the college canteen is average. Medical facilities I have never really seen any. Sports are the only thing I guess that is given very much important other than studies.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful, very qualified, and knowledgeable. Some are not knowledgeable at all. The teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is relevant. It kind of does the students industry ready not 100%. Semester exams are fine, not very bad. The pass percentage is above 60%.
Other: I chose this course because there is scope for computers nowadays. The best thing about this course is the lab. If we have more practical and less theory it would be better. Events and fests are happening every now and then. Campus crowd is very much, and connectivity is there. Campus surroundings are beautiful. They do offer scholarships and extra curricular activities are given mutual importance.

A good college for education and showcasing your talents.
Placements: I am not sure about the percentage of how many students were placed. But in my class, there are 4 members and they get 3.5 LPA. Accenture and other companies came to our college. We don't have an internship from college, we must do the internships from outside. The highest package is 8 LPA.
Infrastructure: Labs, classrooms, and library are everything the best. Every facility is nice. I don't know as I don't stay in the hostel. For sports, they give importance and encourage students. Canteen is also good. Medical facilities are also good. Indoor games such as badminton and table tennis are there. Everything is nice here.
Faculty: Most of the lecturers have a vast knowledge of every topic. They teach very nicely but few lecturers do not teach properly. The new lecturers who came recently don't have too much knowledge about the projects which is difficult for the final year students. This course makes students industry-ready. Difficulty level is there in the exam.
Other: I chose bachelor of computer applications BCA as it has a very good scope. In the present generation, it is the most useful course where we can gain too much knowledge. Events, fests, campus crowd, campus surroundings, scholarships, extra curricular activities, etc., are there. Everything is there and the best.

    The college is really good.
Placements: Almost 98% of students get placements from this college. I suggest this is the best college I have heard of so far. The highest paying job offered by our college is 15 LPA. Almost all IT companies come to our college for placements, and top companies from outside the country also visit.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good, and the college always maintains it. There is a 145-year-old building, and it is maintained very well. There is no problem at all in the building. The other buildings are also really fine. They are good and worthy.
Faculty: Teachers are really good and help you in every aspect of your life. They are very knowledgeable and good at clearing your doubts. Since this is an autonomous college, exams are easy, and papers are evaluated by the college itself.

Placements are available but packages are very less. The infrastructure is great.
Placements: Very few students were placed, like only 20% of the students and the highest package was 12 LPA and the lowest was 2 LPA. Infosys was the top recruiter, and many students, like around 50%, got internship in medium enterprises. Top roles offered were junior tech assistant.
Infrastructure: Labs, libraries, and classrooms are the facilities provided, the infrastructure in the campus is very good, but inside the classrooms is not that good, the roofs leak in some classes, the hostel facilities are average, the food is good in canteens but very expensive; and more people don't get chance in sports and games.
Faculty: All the teachers were not qualified enough to teach us and the teaching quality is above average; the course curriculum is not at all relevant and the students are getting to learn other subjects rather than core subjects. Exams are easy but the pass percentage is very low, like 80%.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to learn more about computers and industry competition, I didn't like the course curriculum at all, I wish that they reduced non-core subjects and increase the speed of teaching, The festivals are good but all the students won't get part in it because at the same time classes will be there. It is only for publicity.

Review of St. Aloysius College Magaluru.
Placements: Students with more than 50% were prioritised for placements. The salary offered was Rs. 27,500 per month. There were many recruiting companies, like Infosys, TCS, and Wipro. Many students got hired by TCS and Infosys. We had to attend interviews at another college.
Infrastructure: Classrooms, labs, and libraries were good and clean. There was enough space to seat more than 50 people at a time. Canteens, medical facilities, and sports were given very high priority.
Faculty: Teachers and their teaching skills were good. There were lots of training programs during our academic careers. We had practicals more than theory, which were easier to understand. The pass percentage was 35%. Semester exams were a bit difficult. We didn't have enough time to study because the lessons didn't finish on time.
Other: There were many functions and competitions done every month. I participated in many sports and lots of other activities.

Affordable College with an amazing campus.
Placements: The placements in the college are pretty good with a wide variety of well-known companies (Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, etc.). Coming in to recruit students. I haven't gone for the placements, as I had other plans, but from what I know a good majority of the students got placed even before graduation. The packages offered can average anywhere from 2.5 LPA to around 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: The lab facilities are pretty standard for a college, with decent lab facilities which include Wi-Fi, updated systems, and a backup power source along with capable IT support. Can't comment on the hostel part as I haven't stayed there but from what I heard it is alright and the only thing that needs to be improved is the hostel mess food. The canteen provides a wide variety of food including but not limited to shawarma, meals, korri rotti, parotta+gobi/chicken chilli etc. Along with some refreshing beverages. Medical facilities are also good and the college has placed a lot of emphases and improved a lot in regards to sports and games. The college has a cheap and affordable gym along with a separate calisthenics play area and various other facilities for many types of sports such as cricket, football, basketball etc.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful and for the most part, knew about the courses which they were teaching. Although I do wish they would stop hiring fresh graduates as teachers as most of the time they do not know how to handle the class and teaching experience in general. The course curriculum was relevant mostly apart from the one time when they made us choose an elective that was not at all related to the courses we are currently pursuing. The semester exams are manageable even if you are an average student, the correction is pretty lenient and the schedule gives enough breathing room for the students. The pass percentage was around 90%+.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to become a game developer. I would improve the course by making it a more practical and hands-on experience. There is no shortage of events in the college as there is always something or the other happening in college. The campus itself is really beautiful and I have personally made many memories here.
