The AP EAPCET 2026 application portal is now closed for SVVU admission to the BE/BTech and BPharma courses. The exam for BE/BTech is scheduled from May 12 to May 15, and on May 18, 2026, followed by the BPharma exam on May 19 and May 20, 2026.

The minimum marks required to get a seat at Sri Venkateshwara veterinary university is 50% in their subjects. A student under general category to get the seat to the BVSc & AH degree course must have passed in each of the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and at least obtained 50% marks in aggregate of these subjects to qualify the examination.
The Diploma in Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry is a comprehensive program for 2 years providing medical care to animals and various other aspects of animal husbandry whereas Diploma in Fishery provides comprehensive understanding of fishery science and management that equips students with the knowledge and skills required to provide medical care to animals and manage various aspects of animal husbandry. Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University offers various Undergraduate (UG) programs with a basic criteria of 50 percent in 10+2 . It provides courses such as B.Sc, B.V.Sc and B.Tech and various Postgraduate (PG) programs also such as M.Tech, MS, M.Sc and M.V.Sc. It offers various Ph.D programs in different branches of Veterinary, Dairy and Fishery Sciences and selection in all the bachelors’ courses are done on the basis of an entrance examination of Andhra Pradesh called EAMCET.
The admission to Masters program will depend on the marks in Bachelors in Dairy which will be 30% of the total weightage and on performance in PG Entrance test which will be 70% of the total weightage.
Candidate selected for BTech (Dairy Technology) admisison at SVVU Tirupati must report to the university campus for document verification. They must submit the following original documents to finalise their admission:
- Pass Certificate-cum-Memorandum of Marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying examination (Intermediate)
- Hall Ticket & Rank Card of Andhra Pradesh EAMCET
- Class 12 or equivalent examination Certificate
- Community Certificate in the case of candidates belonging to Backward Classes/Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes, signed by the competent authority/the latest EWS certificate
- Bonafide Study certificates (Class 6 onwards)
- Residence Certificate, if necessary
- Transfer Certificate from the College or School where the candidate last studied
- Form I and Form II, with evidence of land owned: Adangal/ 1B (or) Copy of Original Pattadar Passbook
- In case of candidates under Special Categories (CAP / NCC / PH / Sports & Games) the original certificates issued by the competent authorities
