Really good infrastructure, the worst faculty.

Placements: The average package is around 3 LPA, and the highest package is around 10 LPA, but only 25% of students get placed in the CSE department. Take admission in Information Technology or Automation and Robotics instead of CSE; you will get a lot of opportunities and qualified faculty compared to CSE.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is too good. The hostel is good, and the quality of food is nice. The sports faculty is not working and has some personal issues. In sports, there is no crowd, and you will get free Wi-Fi to use. There are 10 labs in the CSE, so there is no problem; you will get many chances.

Faculty: Some faculty members are not good because they have ego issues. They give their favourite students full marks and intrude on your privacy, like cutting your hair. It should be maintained just like in school, and some teachers are old-fashioned.

Other: No events, no fests, no sports. There is only one event throughout the year, and that is Jhankaar. Except for Jhankaar, you will not find a single fest or event in the college.

My college SGGSIE&T Nanded.

Placements: I am a B.Tech Computer Science student at SGGS Nanded. In our batch around 90 percent of students got placed. Highest salary package offered is 21 LPA. Lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. And average salary package is around 6.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies included TCS Digital Infosys Capgemini LTI Cognizant and ZS Associates. Around 70 percent of students secured internships in companies like Persistent Barclays and startups. Top roles offered are Software Developer Data Analyst System Engineer and Backend Developer. Overall placement scenario for CSE at SGGS is quite strong especially for students with good technical and coding skills.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure for the Computer Science course at SGGS Nanded is decent. Department has well equipped labs Wi Fi enabled classrooms and access to a central library with good reference books and study material. Hostels have basic facilities and rooms are shared. Mess food is average but the canteen offers better options. Medical facilities are available on campus with a health center. Sports grounds are well maintained and students actively participate in football cricket badminton and indoor games. While infrastructure can be improved in some areas overall it's good enough for academics and personal development for a government college.

Faculty: Faculty for Computer Science at SGGS Nanded is generally helpful and knowledgeable with most professors holding M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees. Teaching quality varies from teacher to teacher but core subjects are well taught. Curriculum is updated and includes subjects like DSA DBMS AI ML and Web Development making students industry ready if they put in extra effort outside of class. Semester exams are moderately difficult and based mostly on the syllabus. With proper preparation they are manageable. Pass percentage is usually around 85 to 90 percent. Students also prepare for placements and coding contests alongside academics.

Other: I chose Computer Science at SGGS Nanded due to my interest in coding and its strong placement record. Best thing about the course is the coding culture and peer learning environment. Students actively participate in hackathons coding contests and clubs. However more industry exposure and project based learning would improve it further. College hosts events like Weaves Vishwakarma and departmental fests. Campus crowd is friendly with students from across Maharashtra. SGGS offers scholarships and extracurricular activities are encouraged. Campus is peaceful and the connectivity to Nanded city is decent. Overall, it's a good place to grow academically.

SGGS Nanded is the unbeatable and upcoming IIT Nanded.

Placements: The placements at my college are average, and the highest offers mentioned on the website are all off-campus. The average package is around 5-7 LPA and is offered to most of the students. The placements for core branches are higher compared to CS/IT, and the CS/IT domain is very saturated. Everything else depends on the skills you have today.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good; the hostel premises are clean and well-maintained. However, the hostel mess is subpar, and the food is somewhat hygienic but contains a lot of oil. On some days, the mess food is good. Overall, I can say that the mess food is worth the fee we pay, which is around 22000, and you won't get such facilities at a lower cost.

Faculty: The curriculum is very challenging, which makes the exams tough as well. However, one thing I want to mention is that the curriculum is not up to date with recent industry trends. The teachers are very knowledgeable, and in the EXTC department, all faculty members are from IIT and have completed their PhDs.

Other: The events are excellent, such as Pragyaa, which is a technical event held at the national level, and Zenith, which is a sports event also held at the national level. The sports facilities at our college are top-notch, with the grounds equipped with great sports amenities like floodlights, and a well-lit, safe environment with security guards throughout the campus.

The best college for both enjoyment and career.

Placements: 40% of students got placed through on-campus drives, and the remaining try off-campus. Top recruiting companies are Zoho, Emercen, TCS, Cognizant, Bosch, and Honeywell. Roles include embedded engineer, software engineer, PCB designer, etc. The highest package was 18 LPA, the moderate was 7 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. 50% of students got internships from Zoho, Honeywell, Bosch, and Emerson.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good for studying. Wi-Fi is available full-time. The labs are clean and have all the necessary equipment.

Faculty: Teachers were so helpful that they provided us with whatever they could, whether in our studies or our placements. If we have an idea about any startup, then we go to them, and they provide us with solutions or guide us. Teaching was very good, most of them were seniors with very good knowledge. It cannot be made, but in the process, the student becomes ISC.

Other: I chose this college because I thought I would get a combination of both hardware and software, but I was wrong, it focuses more on hardware than software.

All about SGGSIE&T, Nanded.

Placements: The overall placement scenario is average in the overall institute. The IT sector gets a good amount of money, and the number of students placed is around 80-90%. Apart from the IT sector, core branches like civil and mechanical can also expect a good package. The highest package to date is 60 LPA, and the average is 5.4 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the institute is above average. The institute has a lush green campus and Wi-Fi connectivity in every corner of the campus. Boys are given two hostels, namely Sahyadri and Nandgiri, and girls have three hostels, namely Krishna, Godavari, and Devgiri. The quality of food in the hostel mess is good and hygienic, with consideration given to the nutritional value of the food.

Faculty: Teachers in each course are very helpful and qualified, with knowledge in their respective fields. The institute gives freedom for students to explore industries by giving a handful of summer and winter vacations. The exam pattern consists of 3 exams semester examination 1, semester examination 2, and the end term. Students have to score a total of 40 marks in each course to pass the course.

Good college. Placements are improving year by year. Fee is quite low. You should go for it.

Placements: All students got placed in my course. The package offered is not so great but is improving every year. Previous year, the highest package was 25 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. The average salary was 5 LPA. One of the good things is that almost all companies visit our college including TCS, Infosys, Microsoft, and Google for EXTC students opting for computer field. Almost 50% of students got paid internships with the highest stipend of Rs 80,000. While applying offline, you have a great chance of securing a good company with good package due to the college's reputation being quite good.

Infrastructure: The college is very huge and is spread over 3-4 acres of land. It has a very large playground with developed courts for almost every game. Equipments are also easily available. Wi-Fi facilities are better than your average college. Labs are nicely developed and renovated. Classrooms are non-AC and spacious with 2 and 3 bencher seats. Library is very huge and is open till 12:00 AM at night. Hostel is quite cheap and affordable only Rs 27,000 per year with Rs 5,000 deposit. Washing machines are there for free. 2, 3, 4, 5, and 8 sharing rooms are available. Medical dispensary is open 24/7. Food is good.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified with many holding Ph.D. degrees. They help us many times. They teach on blackboards manually so no digital teaching. Curriculum is according to the latest Maharashtra government education policy. Practical and workshops are held to make students industrial-ready. English classes to face interviews and help students become fluent in English are held. Semester exams are easy as it is an autonomous college. Paper is set by faculty members and is easy to pass. Pass percentage is almost 78%.

Other: EXTC is going to bloom in the near future so it is the safest and most valuable branch currently there is a saturation in the IT industry. More than 100 clubs are there in college. Cultural and technical events happen in 2nd semester and are quite enjoyable. Many scholarships are available, and the best thing is college themselves give information about those scholarships. Hostel and mess have scholarships. The bad thing is that it is in a remote area with no places to go out and enjoy so you might get bored.

Placements: I am from Latur, so I admitted to this college in 2023-2024. I have seen that there are no placements in civil engineering but the teaching system is good. 30-40% of students get placed every year from our branch. Various companies come to our college for interviews and they choose intelligent and skilled students for the job. The average package for civil students ranges from 3-4 LPA. The college will track us in Autocad 3D drawing, which is the most important for the job. In our college, the highest package is 52 LPA. Our college also invites companies like Infosys, Honeywell, Bitwise, Cognizant, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good but the hostel food is not good. Students can see the image of the college on Google. It has a big library for both girls and boys. We have 2 boys hostels and 2 hostels for girls. It has 2 communities for girls and boys. Boys and girls have to take care of their food. It provides the best facilities.

Faculty: Exam preparation and exams are held very strictly. Teachers take care of everyone's preparation for good marks and for their future they advise for good choices. They teach us the whole syllabus for exams and revise and complete our skills and development of our skills. They take practical exams to test our skills and give the best preparation for fields.
