Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) - Batch of 2026
Offered by Channabasweshwar Pharmacy College

Good faculty, modern labs, supportive environment, and quality pharmacy education.
Placements: Only 2–4 students get placed. The average package is 3 LPA. Cognizant has recently visited the campus. There are no internship opportunities. Roles offered include Pharmacist, Marketing, and similar positions. Sometimes small companies also visit the campus. The placement team tries to help students with placements.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure with laboratories and digital classrooms. There is a canteen, but it is below average. Many sports are available, although the playground is average. The college encourages sports activities by organizing competitions. Laboratories are good, but during the summer, it becomes difficult to sit in labs because of the heat.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They help students in every possible way and encourage their talents and skills. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are of moderate difficulty. Students need 50 marks to pass.
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in Chemistry and research-related projects. I feel there should be more industry-oriented exposure and more job opportunities for this course. The college has good connectivity and a small campus, which helps students connect easily. The college organizes events like gatherings, Traditional Day, Bollywood Day, and other extracurricular activities.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) - Batch of 2029
Offered by Shivlingeshwar College of Pharmacy

Good faculty and peaceful campus, but average placements and a disciplined college environment.
Placements: Shivlingeshwar College of Pharmacy is a good college if you are seeking admission in pharmacy. More than 76% of students get placed in companies like Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Sun Pharma, Lupin Limited, Cipla, and many more. The highest package is 4.5 LPA at Cipla, and the average package is 2.8 LPA. The top recruiters include Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and Lupin Limited. Around 65% of students get internships. The college teaches modern skills required for placements and focuses on communication and marketing. It also conducts workshops by Cirre Skillversity.
Infrastructure: There are some issues with Jio network connectivity, but Vi and Airtel work well. Labs are in good condition with new equipment and many practical materials. The hostel provides a good study environment with Wi-Fi, filtered water, and a green campus.
Faculty: Faculty members are supportive and GPAT/GATE qualified. The course is relevant and helps make students industry-ready by teaching survival skills needed in companies. The passing criteria is 50%. Teachers support students through a mentorship program where a group of students is assigned a mentor, and their academic and non-academic problems are solved. Mentor-mentee meetings are conducted every month.
Other: I chose this course because pharmacy is the backbone of medical services. We help in preparing medicines for patients based on doctor prescriptions. The college conducts an annual Vishweshwar Festival with sports, cultural activities, clubs, singing, dancing, and more.

B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering - Batch of 2026

Most colleges are just warehouses for teenagers trying to grow up. This is my ex-warehouse.
Placements: In ENTC, take this with a grain of salt, but most students that I saw getting placed received a questionable salary package. Mostly around 4–6 LPA. We did have some outliers, with one student securing 64 LPA at Zomato and another securing 54 LPA at DRDO, but both achievements were completely due to the students' hard work and not because of the college. One thing you can be sure about regarding placements is that depending solely on the college for placement may land you around 4 LPA. You need to develop your own skills if you want a chance to rise above that.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good. The infrastructure rating is 4.5, the hostel rating is 4, and the mess rating is 3. Well, 50 acres is 50 acres. The sports complex is under construction, and from what I have seen, it looks pretty good. This is something future students can be happy about when they feel frustrated by the daily signing policy for hostel students and the closing of the college gate at 8:30 PM. As for the mess food, the girls' mess food is pretty good, but the boys' mess food is not that great. Since the college is located outside Nanded, finding a good food source nearby can be difficult.
Faculty: It is 3.5, but well. Faculty doesn't matter, as almost everyone studies three days before the exam. About exams, ISE1 is 20 marks, ISE2 is 20 marks, and the end-of-semester exam is 60 marks. To pass, you need 40 marks. If you fail, you get around three more attempts. For some subjects, even these may feel less, like HY and EDC. Regarding the curriculum, most of the engineering syllabus is outdated. It mainly depends on the skills you develop independently. The attendance requirement is nominal at 75%. But in reality, they have never detained anyone above 50%. Though below 50%, it depends on the situation and the management’s mood.
Other: If you want parties, industry exposure, and a modern crowd, then go to Pune or Mumbai (I wish I did). But if you want a peaceful environment to develop your skills, no ragging issues, good friendships, supportive faculty, and if you are a sports fan, then S.G.S. is for you. However, you have to manage the food, with no concession there. Fests and events are good. It is advised to be an active part of them as they are more enjoyable than they initially seem. Personally, choose your interest over any college, no matter what. SC/ST students get full scholarships.

B.Sc. in Biotechnology - Batch of 2028

Most enthusiastic college with the best possible labs to develop skills for the real world.
Placements: Out of the total, 11 percent of students are enrolled in biotechnology. There are many top companies in the recruitment process. The best roles offered are those of a scientist, a lab technician, and an entrepreneur. The names of companies that hire from our college are many, the most recent one is Macloed Pvt Ltd. The internship package they get is of Rs. 15,000 for three months, which can lead to an increment.
Infrastructure: The college has a separate departmental building. It has 13 labs, a smart classroom, an auditorium and a library with the best books. It has a medical room with a 24/7 available physician. The college also has a sports and games section, both indoor and outdoor. The college has the best facilities that a college would have.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and help in the best possible way, but here they kind of don't follow the timetable seriously and are not well interested. But they are keen on helping the needy students who really want to study. The curriculum is well-relevant and best compared to other institutes. Exams are conducted in the strictest ways. Almost 80 percent is the passing percentage.
Other: I had an interest in studying biotechnology from 12, that's why I took admission. Biotechnology opens the path for various fields, that's the best thing about it. I wish the learning were more practical. The college is into both academics and co-curricular activities. Festivals are celebrated nicely, and they are being enjoyed.

Offered by R.E.S.'s College of Computer Science and Information Technology
4.0
4.0Placements3.0Infrastructure5.0Faculty4.0Crowd & Campus Life4.0Value for Money
I am good with teaching quality and campus selection.
Placements: Sixty percent of the students have been placed. The highest package is 5 LPA, the lowest is 1.80 LPA, and the average is 2.90 LPA. TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, and Infosys, all multinational companies, came. 50 percent of the students got internships as testers, developers, and web designers.
Infrastructure: The interesting part of our college is that there is only one building in our college, thereby no ground is available for events and fests. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library are quite good in our college. There is no hostel for boys, so it feels bad. Only a badminton court is there in the middle of the college for sports.
Faculty: COCSIT College is one of the top colleges for placements. Their students are placed in many companies, and this is possible because of the teachers of COCSIT College. The staff is very knowledgeable. They help their students every time. In this college, many teachers are qualified. Student-friendly faculty.

Everything about the college is given.
Placements: The highest package is around 10 LPA and the average package is around 4 LPA, but only 30% get placed. Overall, the placement is quite good but not as expected. It could be better in various terms like conversation (professional); it will be best for everyone.
Infrastructure: The hostel is the best. There are no such rules about coming and going after 10. It has the best canteen and mess I've ever had. The food given in the hostel is of the best quality. Security is good. CCTV is installed in every balcony to monitor the students, and water filters are more than required, so no tension.
Faculty: The quality of faculty provided by the Matoshri Group of Institutions is far better than expected. They perform very well in other curricular activities too. They teach everything from the bottom of their hearts, and a special mention goes to the data structure sir.
