If a candidate wants to pay via DD for each programme, they have to pay in the name of "Symbiosis Test Secretariat". 
Even after closing the payment for SITEEE, a candidate may still pay through the website until the last date of payment for the programmes (s). An institute may offer more than one programme. Here, a candidate has to ensure that the preferred programme (s) is/are selected and paid before the last date.
