No, SCIT Pune does not provide postgraduate and doctoral-level courses only, and Class 12 students are not applicable. You need to complete a bachelor's degree with specified marks first. Undergraduate candidates can prepare for SNAP while studying for graduation. SCIT Pune admissions only start after graduation.
