Candidates who get admission to Tamil Nadu Open University BSc are required to pay the TNOU BSc fees which range between INR 15,600 and INR 22,000 depending upon the specialisation selected by candidates.

TNOU does not refunds programme fee once paid by the candidates. However, if on scrutiny, the applicant is found ineligible for admission to his or her programme of choice, an amount of INR 500 is with held by the university as processing fee. The balance amount of the fee already paid to the university is refunded to the applicant in such case.
TNOU Diploma total tuition fee ranges between INR 3,500 and INR 7,200. Candidates need to pay fee after completion of the selection rounds to confirm their seat. Tamil Nadu Open University fees include multiple components, such as the tuition fee, hostel fee, etc. Caution fee is one-time payable at the time of admission. The fee excludes caution deposit of INR 300.
