Yes, you can get admission in CSE in Thapar University. The minimum eligibility criteria is candidate need to have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate of three subjects, namely, Physics, Mathematics and any one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Technical Vocational subject or Minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST candidates) marks in a Diploma recognised by AICTE or a state board of technical education of at least 3-year duration. Marks of 10+2 does not affect your ranking as it not counted.
From 2017 onwards, jee has removed, however 75% or top 20 percentile is the eligibility criteria for IIT.
So concentrate over 10+2 studies, as it will ultimately help you in your jee mains.

For Thapar University you have to score good marks in JEE Mains, however admission is on the basis of merit made from JEE Rank; you can directly contact them for the cut off marks. If there will be any vacant seat in there collage, then only you can get admission.

There are certain criteria that need to be satisfied if you want to get admission into and undergraduate course, namely B.Tech in your case, in Thapar University:
1. 10+2 with 60%marks and 55% for SC/ST
2. At least 20% marks in JEE Main (15% for SC/ST)
or
1. 10+2 with at least 80% marks (75% for SC/ST) aggregate in Physics, Mathematics and any one of- Chemistry, Biology or Computer Science
