Yes, you can get admission in CSE in Thapar University. The minimum eligibility criteria is candidate need to have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate of three subjects, namely, Physics, Mathematics and any one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Technical Vocational subject or Minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST candidates) marks in a Diploma recognised by AICTE or a state board of technical education of at least 3-year duration. The candidate has appeared in JEE (Main)-2019. The candidate possesses a good moral character. The candidate is a citizen of India. The candidate has passed 10+2 examination in 2017, 2018 or appearing in 2019.

Marks of 10+2 does not affect your ranking as it not counted.
From 2017 onwards, jee has removed, however 75% or top 20 percentile is the eligibility criteria for IIT.
So concentrate over 10+2 studies, as it will ultimately help you in
