Though all the universities are good in academics but being an alumni let me share the details of LPU. Ever since COVID has hit the nation entire admission is being done online. Admission process is fully online and applicants are not required to visit personally anywhere. LPU has also initiated the conduct of remotely proctored online LPU NEST from home and remote video Interviews for admission depending upon requirement as per programme eligibility. Multiple online methods are available like credit card/ debit card/ online banking for payment. But kindly cross check the eligibility criteria first as that the requirement that needs to be MET first. In order to take admission in LPU for a maximum of the courses, the percentage required in 10+2 is 60% along with that subjects of study are also mentioned and the candidate needs to appear for LPU NEST Exam. In order to take admission in any course you need to qaulify the eligibility criteria and along with that you need to appear for LPU NEST which depends of the domain that you are planning to take admission. Yes, there is a cut off for LPU NEST for every course that you need to attain to get an admission into that course. The test is an objective test and the structure of the test depends upon the course that you are intending to take admission. I think LPU is much more worth it and have a really good placement for it. I have always seen heard about their placements and classes and being a student I have seen the innovative, methods of teaching for CSE students. In my opinion you should go for bio technology as it is a good course and after placement you will get a decent package while in btect nowadays students from any university are getting paid only 10000 per month or even lower than that so don't think for better course think for better future.
