As per the placement cell, the 2020 batch had good placement record. Almost 95% of the students got placed at the college. The average salary package offered is 7 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 39 LPA. Top recruiting companies like D. E. Eligibility Criteria for MBA: Graduate Degree in any discipline with 50% in aggregate marks or CGPA or grade secured from recognised University/Institute. Post Graduate degree in any discipline with 50% marks in aggregate or CGPA or Grade from a recognised University/Institute. 

Life at LM Thapar is good. The college provides students with scholarships. Many events are organized such as Frosh, Diwali fest, MAD nights along with a DJ night. We also have a sports week and athlete meeting. The library has plenty of books that students can take. The library environment is very peaceful. The college also provides 24X7 medical facilities.
