Have a self improving mindset, just join. Campus is well-maintained and there is no ragging.

Placements: Almost 70-80% of the students got placed. The highest package is around 15 LPA. Most students are recruited by InvoLead. Mostly they are placed as data scientist and SDE. One of my seniors is doing an internship at ISRO. The seniors are super helpful, and there is literally no ragging.

Infrastructure: Rooms are good but the food is pretty average there. Canteen and mess are just average. Library is air-conditioned and has a good ambience. There are two badminton courts, a playground, volleyball court, tennis court, and gym also.

Faculty: It's not that difficult if you can work a little hard before the exams. In mid semester 7 is the passing marks out of 30, and 25 is the passing marks out of 50 in end semester. They teach the same curriculum as other colleges. But the best thing is that there is no ragging and the seniors are helpful. College helps students to be industry-ready. All the teachers are well educated and qualified from IITs also. In college, faculty members are super helpful and supportive.

Other: There are no huge fests. They give good scholarships upto Rs 1,09,000, and if you are in the top 10% each semester over 9 SGPA, you get Rs 18,000 more discount.

Value for money, for the amount I'm paying, I’m fully satisfied with college .

Placements: We do have a placement cell and it's quite fine according to the fees we pay. It has close to 100% placement because our college provides limited students, less competition, and with a good CGPA, you can probably grab a placement worth 12-13 Lacs per year. As for the lowest package for teaching students, it is 4 Lacs, and the average package is around 6-7 LPA. The highest we ever got was 16 LPA. The companies which come here are quite good with good packages. As for a higher package, you have to struggle a bit as it would be hard to have different skills, a good CGPA, and a well-maintained CV.

Infrastructure: Well, the university itself is quite big, but the playground, the halls, and other things like building connections are well connected with each hall or room, offering Wi-Fi and with CS labs partnered with a USA company and an USA-based college, and for buildings, we got different buildings for different courses like teaching building with computer labs, a library, etc. For hostels, the college itself doesn't have its own hostels, but there are many hostels nearby that you can choose from, and the university personally deals with these hostels if you have any issues .

Faculty: The faculty are top-rated teachers with qualified certificates and degrees from IITs and NITs. Their style of teaching is quite fun and interactive, and they make sure every student is attentive. The faculty supports student projects and skills, and they even found your personal project as well. The semester exams are quite hard, and everything comes from what faculty teaches us. The pass percentage is 32 marks from 100 to clear your semester .

Other: Well, I chose this university because it's quite far from the main city and has a peaceful environment. The best part of the university is the fee chart, which is affordable. It will save you tons of money. It has limited seats for students, so there is no rush. Just a peaceful environment in college as well as for fests. The college doesn't really organize that many fests, but it does offer events and fun tours. The scholarship is as good as the feelings you get. The scholarship is based on your 12th percentage. The scholarship starts at 50%.

Review of The ICFAI University, Dehradun.

Placements: Almost 100% of students from our course get placed. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA, and the average salary package offered ranges from 3-4 LPA. Top Recruiting companies like Infosys, TCS, and more multinational companies visit our college to hire students from our course. Almost 100% of students from our course got an internship in companies like TCS, Infosys, Trident, Wipro, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college is situated in a rural area, which is the worst. There is no hostel facility on the campus. Still, there are two options for the accommodation, i.e., either take PG or flat near the college or take the flat in the city which is 12-20 kilometers away from the college. The infrastructure of our college is good, but it is not like other universities. Classrooms are good in our college. There is a good Wi-Fi facility on the campus. It has good computer labs, a separate library for law students, a sports ground, Xerox shop, stationery shop, small auditorium with the capacity of 250-300 students, a cafe and a rich moot court hall.

Faculty: The faculty members' team is outstanding. Professors are highly educated, and their dedication towards students is what makes them effective. Extra classes are provided by the professors, and for the weak students, special classes are organised. The most wonderful part of our college which makes it stand out from the crowd is seminars of a national-level which are conducted by our college. Moot court competitions are also held in both inter and intra-levels.

It is a recommended college, and students would surely like college life here.

Placements: More than 85% of the students got placed last time. Market top companies visited here, and you can learn a lot on the campus. The salary package offered is 4 LPA to 18 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Hitachi, Amazon, Accenture and Google India.

Infrastructure: All types of facilities are available here like Wi-Fi, gym facility, canteen and sports. Even students have to represent our college at state or higher levels. You can get quality food, and all the facilities are available on the campus, so you need not worry. You can surely manage your time accordingly.

Faculty: Faculty members here are very helpful, and there is a friendly environment. Even faculty members treat you as a family, and all the courses here are according to the need of the current market at the time. All the faculty members here are experienced and knowledgeable.

I am absolutely satisfied with this college and the good placements offered in 2017.

Placements: Placements are quite good here. I also got an internship or job from here. Nearly all the students got jobs in well-reputed companies. Our placement director is a very nice person, and he knows how to deal with HR and all high-level people so that your placement process will be easy.

Infrastructure: I will give a rating of 4 stars out of 5 stars for the infrastructure since the campus is situated near to the natural environment. So, you will have very nice weather, and you can concentrate more on your studies. Our college also has a neat and tidy canteen where you can sit and eat your lunch.

Faculty: I will surely give a rating of 5 stars out of 5 stars for the college since the course is very great, and I have learned many things from here. Apart from coding, I have learned many things, which are needed to survive in the company. Faculty members are also very much helpful, and they are always available when you need them.

Other: Every year fests are organised by our college, and our college has a huge playing ground. But the football ground is not very good, but I have really enjoyed my college life.

I am happy to be a part of The ICFAI University, Dehradun.

Placements: About 80% of the students got placements this year from our college. All the students got internships in good companies as well. Most of the students got placed in Delhi or nearby cities. Some students got the position as an intern in website security and as HR in cloud computing, in website designing or UX/Ui designing. I think all the students who got internships or placements are well satisfied with their roles. Our college provides good placements to every student. Every faculty member tries their best to make students get placed.

Infrastructure: The library is good enough here, and you will get most of the books there. Rest of the books are also provided to you by faculty members. There is also Wi-Fi on the campus, and the classrooms are quite good. There are projectors in classrooms, and all the labs are well-equipped with computers and software needed. The hostel is the same as all other hostels, and the food served here is not much good. However, within a walkable distance, all the shops are available, and security-wise, this college is the best. All the facilities are provided in the hostel, which includes Wi-Fi, maids, laundry and a generator also.

Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful. If you interact with them related to your study issues, they will definitely help you. Even if you have other issues related to your hostel or anything else, they will always listen and do whatever they can. They all are very well qualified and experienced. Their teaching methods are good. The course curriculum is also good, and it is very much advanced. They teach you the things which the industry wants. But sometimes, you find some illogical things in your curriculum also. However, overall, the course curriculum is up to date, and I think the college has a very vast kind of syllabus.

Other: I chose this course because I like the curriculum and behaviour of teachers. I have interacted with some teachers before taking admission here, and my parents are also well convinced with faculty members. I enjoyed my college life, but due to this COVID-19 pandemic, I missed my farewell party. Otherwise, the college is good, and fests and events are also organised. There are clubs also in our college where you can join according to your personal interests.
