IRMA transforms into Tribhuvan Sahkari University

January 6, 2025: IRMA has now transformed into the “Tribhuvan” Sahkari University, an Institute of National Importance and the world's first Cooperative University. Along with IRMA, there are three more Schools, which have started their operations under the “Tribhuvan” Sahkari University. These are:
  •  School of Agribusiness Management
  •  School of Cooperative Banking & Finance
  •  School of Cooperative Management

The biggest change is that IRMA’s PGDM(RM), or the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Rural Management), is also transformed into the MBA in Rural Management. The Placements support offered at IRMA – the participating organizations, roles and remuneration offered – continues to be the same and it is also extended now to the other constituent schools of the University as well.

Also, the last day to apply to MBA programmes, including IRMA’s MBA in Rural Management was 26 December 2025.
