UNIRAJ BTech Eligibility & Highlights 2025
The University of Rajasthan BTech is a unique and innovative five-year, integrated programme. This programme is spread across various specialisations. Some of these specialisations include Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. The duration of this programme is five years.
UNIRAJ BTech admission is granted based on the candidates' performance in the national-level test, such as the JEE Main examination. Thus, candidates seeking admission to the programme must apply with a valid nation-level test score. Moreover, students are required to meet the eligibility criteria as mentioned below:
Eligibility Criteria: Class 12 with a minimum of 55% aggregate in Science subjects. Both Mathematics and Biology group students are eligible to apply for BTech at Rajasthan University.

Candidates seeking MBA admission at Rajasthan University must meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the university. The university's MBA eligibility criteria require an applicant to have scored at least 50% in bachelor's degree in any discipline. UniRaj offers BTech in multiple specialisations. The admission to BTech at UniRaj is entrance-based. To be eligible to pursue the programme, candidates must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 55% aggregate in Science subjects. Hence, a candidate scoring less than 50% is not eligible to apply for the programme. Such candidates can check out other colleges offering similar courses. They can also pursue the programme at the colleges offering online BTech programmes.
Rajasthan University Jaipur is a good university that is accredited with A+ Grade by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) and is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission). The university of Rajasthan Jaipur is good and it offers undergraduate, postgraduate, certificate, and various other programmes to students across the Arts, Science, Management, Law, Education, Humanities, Social Science, and various other streams. The qualified candidates in RULET 2026 have to appear for GD/PI. The RULET Group Discussion and Personal Interviews (GD/PI) are subsequent rounds after the release of the RULET result.
