Yes, the placement and counselling cell of the University of Kota was formed with a vision to educate, enrich, empower, and enhance the employability of its students. The UOK Sports Board manages an indoor gymnasium hall with facilities for basketball, badminton, wrestling, judo, and table tennis. Outdoor facilities include practice fields for sports such as football, volleyball and an upcoming athletics track for running. Kota University (UOK) offers a regular Master of Business Administration (MBA) course of a two-year duration. Kota University offers an MBA in two specialisations. Admission to an MBA is based on the entrance exam scores in any national-level Management exam. Kota University offers entrance exam-based admission to MBA. Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent degree.

Selection: Entrance exam (CMAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ MAT/ CAT/ ATMA) score.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is the basic eligibility for a General MBA offered at Kota University. For an MBA in International Business and Hospital Administration, a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 48% for General category candidates of Rajasthan, and 60% aggregate for other states' candidates.

The admissions are expected to commence soon at UOK for the academic year 2025. Candidates who are interested in pursuing an M.Ed are requested to visit the official college website to fill out the online application form. The university offers a full-time postgraduate M.Ed course. An intake of 150 students is offered by the university for its M.Ed course.

Admission to MA course at UOK is merit-based. Candidates can get admission to Kota university by meeting the eligibility criteria. The minimum eligibility is General Category with 48% and SC / ST / OBC / MBC = Min. Pass Marks and Qualifying examination passed from any recognised University which is situated outside the Rajasthan State: All Categories is 60%. selection process is based on merit.

Class 12 with English and PCM/ PCB/ PCMB and a minimum of 55% aggregate (for the General category) is the basic eligibility for BPharma at Kota University. Candidates from states other than Rajasthan need a minimum of 60% aggregate to be eligible for the course.
