University of Rajasthan MTech Eligibility & Highlights 2025
The University of Rajasthan MTech is a postgraduate programme spread across four streams of Coverging Technologies. The specialisations offered under this programme are Nanotechnology, Biotechnology & Bioinformatics, Information & Communication Technology, and Cognitive and Neuroscience. All these courses are offered in full-time mode for a duration of two years.
Apart from this, the university also offers a five-year integrated BTech + MTech programme. The specialisations offered under this programme are the same as the MTech programme of two years duration.
University of Rajasthan MTech admissions are both merit-based. For admission to MTech courses, the university only considers marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Moreover, before applying for admissions, students must also check out the below-mentioned course-wise eligibility criteria:

As per cutoff 2022, MD in General Medicine can be considered as the most popular course because of the most competitive cutoff rank of 144 for the General category All India Quota. Rajasthan University NEET PG cutoff rank for the General All India category students has been released upto Round 2 for affiliated college Jhalawar Medical College, Jhalawar.
