Any person who has successfully cleared his Bachelors of Education i.e. B.Ed from recognized institution with at least 50% marks is eligible to apply for this course. Students with a B. El. Mandatory course: B.Ed
Candidates who have done B.Ed must have also scored minimum 50% marks in graduation.

In case you intend to change your university and course mode after completing your 1st year, I don't think it is possible. In certain cases, college change within the same university is possible to a large extent but not the mode in which the course is pursued.
