Admission in the School of Management Studies, JNTUH, in MBA/PGDM is slightly competitive. It is basically dependent on your TS-ICET rank. As an example, the overall rank of being closed to MBA has been about 240-390 during the last years. Though good TS-ICET score is the key, fulfilling the minimum academic requirement and negotiating the counselling process are equally paramount factors to be selected.

There are various reasons to join MBA /PGDM in School of Management Studies, JNTUH is different. Being a government university college, it provides the cost-effective, recognised by the AICTE degree with the NAAC accreditation of A Grade ensuring the quality of academic strength. The faculty is capable, encouraging and experienced, and so is the campus infrastructure, and the placement cell is equally good, with a good number of recruiters, including TCS, Infosys, Deloitte, etc. In addition, a special interaction with a global university called Central Michigan University gives them good exposure to the world enabling better prospects in their career life. The curriculum is constantly changing and emphasizes on problem solving in practice via case studies, guest lectures and industrial visits, hence preparing the graduates well into the corporate world.
