Rajarshi Tandon Open University was established in 1999 and is located in Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad). UP Rajarshi Tandon Open University does not offer scholarships on its own. However, students of UPRTOU are eligible to apply for various scholarships offered by Uttar Pradesh government.
