• Visit the official website, click on the ‘Student’ section and select ‘New Registration’
• Fill in all mandatory details and click on ‘Submit’ to register
• Once registered, log in using the registration number, date of birth and password

UP Rajarshi Tandon Open University does not offer scholarships on its own. However, students of UPRTOU are eligible to apply for various scholarships offered by Uttar Pradesh government. Students can apply for the Post Matric Scholarship, by visiting the official scholarship website of the Uttar Pradesh government. Candidates’ family annual income must be less than INR 2 Lacs (for General category) and INR 2.50 Lacs (for SC/ST category).

UPRTOU offers MSc for two-years in distance education mode. The programme is spread across four semesters.
