Yes, BEd is valid from U P Rajarshi Tandon Open University. UPRTOU offers a two-year full-time BEd programmes in General Education and Special Education. There are two admission cycles every year, between January and July. An applicant becomes eligible only if he/she meets the minimum eligibility criteria.
