Explanation about CIPET under BPUT.
Placements: The placement system is good recently. Some students say that the campus holds the record of 100 percent placement in recent years. The lowest package here is around 3 to 4 LPA . The average is 6 LPA, and the highest is somewhat 10 LPA. It is all the record provided on the college website. It may be false, but it holds the word of mouth. Around 80 percent of students get the chance to apply for the internship programme.
Infrastructure: The academic building and the laboratory building are quite big. All the classrooms are well-spaced. Wi-Fi is available for all, but it is quite slow. The library has well-stocked magazines and essential books required by the students for study purposes. The hostel facilities are acceptable. The mess food is decent, but it is limited here. The bathrooms are not so clean, and the medical facilities are limited.
Faculty: The faculty members are educated, experienced and quite supportive to all the students. They don't prioritize any gender. All faculty treat all the students equally. The academic course provided here is reasonably good and up to date. It helps the student in being industry-ready. The semester exams are easy, and the pass percentage is above 90 percent.
Other: I chose this course because this college comes under BPUT, and it is very much affordable for all the students. Roughly 2–3 events occur inside the campus in a 5–6-month gap.

Our college is very good. Good hospitality is provided by the college authority.
Placements: Our college is very good at placement. At least 40 percent and a maximum of 60 percent of students are placed in different companies like TCS and Tech Mahindra, and different multinational companies at a good package of 10 LPA to 16 LPA, so I prefer to come to the college.
Infrastructure: Our college provides 24-hour high-speed Wi-Fi to us, and various types of labs are provided by the college authority to different departments, like the botany lab, the chemistry lab, the zoology lab, the physics lab, etc. Our college hostel is good, but the food is not so good.
Faculty: Our college faculty is very good and knowledgeable. In our college, 2 semesters are held in one year. The semester exam is very straightforward and moderate. Our college study quality is very good. The pass percentage of students is 70 to 80 percent, and many students are passing with distinction.
Other: In our college, various seminars are held by different departments, which are helpful to us.

Our college hospitality is very good, and I prefer students to come to our college.
Placements: Our university is the top universities of Odisha. In our college, a minimum of 60 percent and a maximum of 80 percent of students are placed in different companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, and different multinational companies at a good package of 10 LPA to 16 LPA, I like mathematics, so I continue my studies in Maths.
Infrastructure: In our college, various types of labs are provided by the college authority, and good hospitality and very good management are working for us. Our college hostel is very good, but the food is not so good. In a week, 4 days they give vegetarian food and 3 days give non-vegetarian food.
Faculty: Faculty are highly qualified by different universities abroad, and the faculty is very knowledgeable in our college. Many types of examinations are conducted by various courses, like annual exam and semester examination in our department 2 semester is performed in a year.
Other: I like mathematics, and I want to be a lecturer in the future, so I continue my studies in Maths.

Our college was so good, so I prefer to join my college.
Placements: In our college, a minimum of 40 percent and a maximum of 60 percent of students can be placed in different companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, etc. A very good package of 10 to 15 LPA was offered in my course, with different companies like Annapurna Finance, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, etc.
Infrastructure: In my college for Science students, different types of labs were provided by the college. In our college, 24/7 Wi-Fi was provided. A very good hostel facility was provided, but the food was not so good at our college. A sports day was arranged once a year.
Faculty: Teachers of our college were very helpful and strict. In our college, 2 semesters were held in one year. The semester was so tough, and a good percentage of students pass in a year. A minimum of 70 percent of students pass without any back paper in our college.
Other: My course deals with monetary economics. I want to be a businessman, so I prefer the commerce stream. Our annual day was arranged.

Facts about the MITS School of Biotechnology.
Placements: Placements are not top-notch, but they show the potential to offer high-salary jobs in the near future. Currently, companies like TCS, Wipro, and Deloitte visit the campus to hire skilled employees. The average package a student receives is around 3.1–3.7 LPA. The highest package is around 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The campus provides free Wi-Fi for all its members. Classrooms are digital with projectors attached. They are well air-conditioned. I am not a hosteller. So I do not know anything about the hostel facilities or mess quality.
Faculty: My course is mostly about pursuing a master’s degree in biotechnology. The course focuses on the latest editions of the books provided by the campus. Teachers are quite helpful and always ready to solve all kinds of doubts. The curriculum also emphasizes application-based learning. It helps students understand the course better. The semester exams are conducted regularly without any delays. The pass percentage is above 85%. The course is mostly focused on biochemistry, biochemical processes, and related subjects.
Other: I chose this course to attain a master’s degree in biotechnology. To pursue higher studies in this field, it is quite affordable. There are no events or fests held here. The improvement that can be made is having a good timetable.

Overall best College for M.Sc. In the Zoology Course.
Placements: 83 percent of the students secured positions at the university with good grades. The highest salary offered was 9LPA while the minimum salary was 3LPA. The top recruiting companies at our college include ICMR NIO and CPCB. Nearly all students obtained internships. The main programs offered to students were Research Scientist Wildlife Biologist and more.
Infrastructure: The amenities at our college were excellent. It was a pleasant library. There was no Wi-Fi but our classrooms were tidy and cosy. Our labs were not as good as their rank indicated they were mediocre. There were no instruments or equipment in the lab. Our university had clinics as well.
Faculty: Teachers at our college were helpful and knowledgeable. They were all well qualified. The curriculum was suitable and matched the industry needs. Students were ready for jobs. The one month exam was neither too hard nor too easy. The pass percentage was about 70 percent.
