If you're pursuing an MBA in Travel and Tourism, you might wonder if you need another course alongside it to enhance your skills. It really depends on the university you choose. Some colleges are so well-established and comprehensive that they equip you with everything you need in your degree itself. For example, Chandigarh University offers a highly specialised MBA in Travel and Tourism programme that not only covers the core concepts of management in the tourism sector but also integrates essential skills like communication, leadership, soft skills, and technical skills. Their hands-on learning approach, alongside industry collaborations, prepares you for real-world challenges, so you don't necessarily need another course. At CU, the Tourism Labs, Computer Labs, and Soft Skills Lab ensure that you're well-prepared for the dynamic tourism industry. The well-rounded curriculum ensures you develop expertise in areas like aviation management, tourism operations, and hotel management, making additional courses optional rather than necessary. If you're confident about your focus on tourism, pursuing other supplementary courses might not be essential with a comprehensive MBA from CU. You'll get the industry-ready skills directly through the program.
