It is headed by the Controller of Examinations. Also, it has a cell that manages all the activities concerning the female students of the University. It has a career counselling cell that has been established to support the students of the University for their overall development.
Veer Narmad South Gujarat University provides a ragging-free and safe campus environment for its students. The university has established an Anti-Ragging Cell to prevent and address any instances of ragging. All the areas of the academic blocks, hostels and mess are under 24/7 camera surveillance. The institute takes strict action against anyone found guilty of ragging, including abetting ragging or being part of a conspiracy to promote ragging.
