CA is a professional qualification, not a traditional degree. It is regulated entirely by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, or ICAI, which is the only body authorized to conduct CA exams in India. While colleges can provide BCom plus CA integrated programs, the actual CA certificate is issued by ICAI and not by any college or university.
