Vel Tech Mahatma Gandhi National Merit Scholarship (For B.Tech. students):
100% Scholarship will be awarded to MPC topper from each State/ Union Territory among admitted candidates.
Scholarship based on MPC aggregate:
Above 95% - 75% of scholarship in tuition fee
90% to 94.9% - 50% of scholarship in tuition fee
80% to 89.9% - 25% of scholarship in tuition fee
70% to 79.9% - 10% of scholarship in tuition fee
Candidate can avail scholarship calculated based on MPC Aggregate / Ranking whichever is higher. Since 2009, Vel Tech has bestowed 9500 scholarships worth approximately Rs. 35 Crore.
Minimum eligibility is 60% in MPC for availing scholarship.
Scholarship for VTUEEE Rank holders:
Top 20 Ranks - 75% of scholarship in tuition fee
Rank 21 to 500 - 50% of scholarship in tuition fee

Vel Tech offers Mahatma Gandhi National Merit Scholarship, which is based on a candidate's merit in Class 12 (PCM) and/or their rank in VTUEEE, whichever is higher. PCM topper from each state/ Union Territory is granted 100% scholarship in tuition fee. Candidates must have minimum 60% aggregate in PCM to be eligible for the rank-based scholarship. Students who are offered admissions must pay the fees as per the Vel Tech BA LLB (H) fee structure. The Vel Tech BA LLB (H) tuition fee is charged on an annual basis. For a five-year course duration, the total tuition fee amounts to INR 6 lakh.
