Overall, the college experience is good.

Placements: Placement offers are available, though to a limited extent. Around 30–40% of placements happen through campus recruitment, which are mostly entry-level positions. The offered packages range between 2.5–3.5 LPA, with the highest package being 4 LPA, while the lowest is about 2 LPA. Most of the recruiting companies are local or medium-sized IT companies. They are offering roles such as junior developer, trainee, or support executive. Internships are available. Although many are sourced individually with the help of faculty members. Placements largely depend on individual merit and personal effort.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure for my course is good. Classrooms are well ventilated and have enough space. Computers are available for lab work. Number of books and study materials available in the library is quite adequate. Connectivity is available across the campus, though the internet connectivity is not very stable. Infrastructure available for the hostels is quite good. Water, electricity, and security arrangements are adequate. Mess and canteen food provided is quite adequate. Health facilities are available and sufficient. Sports facilities are also sufficient.

Faculty: A large number of faculty members possess the required qualifications and knowledge of their subjects. Some faculty members understand their subjects well and are approachable when students need help. The curriculum is relevant to the course and helps in developing a strong foundation. However, it does not fully prepare students for the corporate world. So students need to focus on self-study as well. The semester exams are not difficult and are mostly based on what is taught in class. If students attend classes regularly, there is no difficulty in passing. The passing percentage is quite satisfactory.

Other: I opted for this course because I want to build a good foundation in my stream and learn the basic concepts. The most positive aspects of this course are faculty and the curriculum. However, I feel there should be more practical exposure and more technical events. The college provides good connectivity to the campus network, but other activities are bit less. Students who are independent and eager to learn on their own benefit the most from this college.
