Vidyashilp University is committed in providing the best education to the students. The University has established various scholarship categories to encourage and enable students to afford education at Vidyashilp University. Scholarships are provided to reward and support highly meritorious and talented students who have demonstrated exceptional performance in academics, sports and other co-curricular activities.
The University is also committed to encouraging economically backward students, first-generation graduate aspirants, single-parent students, etc. The categories of the Scholarship are as follows: the
1. P Dayananda Pai Scholarship is awarded to highly meritorious students with outstanding academic performance ranging from 100% to 80%.
2. The Students with a SAT score of 1300 and above will be awarded the Dean's Honor Scholarship, ranging from 25% to 50%
3. Other categories of scholarships awarded to students are as follows: The % of Scholarship for the following categories will range from 70% to 25%.
i. Good Academic Performance
ii. The students who excelled in sports/arts, and culture
iii. The student of a single parent
iv. Single girl child V. Economically Backward
vi. First-generation graduate aspirants
vii. Students whose parents are from the Indian defence forces.
Vidyashilp offers scholarships under different categories to the tune of 80% - 100% tp encourage talented students aspiring to pursue their higher education, in a truly interdisciplinary University, in Bangalore.
Need-based Scholarships assist students who demonstrate strong academic rigor and come from families with limited financial means to support their higher education goals. Further details around the scholarships are provided to the applicants through the admission counsellor.
VU offers two B.Tech (Hons.) Programs
- Data Science
- 2. AI / ML.
The 4-year tuition fee for both programs is INR 20.14 L.

Placements: Almost 90% of all the students from various batches have got their placements in companies like Deloitte, Infosys, Tata, Blinkit, and many legal firms. They provide a good internship stipend starting from Rs. 10,000, and there are many courses to join.
Placements: The college is new, so there is not more information about placement. The placements will start in 2026 for the first batch, but the college is providing internships right now, so it is not about placements here; it is more about how you build employment for others, future leaders.
Placements: Almost any student that pays full tuition is admitted. Other students who have been admitted are from rural areas here on scholarship or who entered through CET exams. From what the CET batch says, it's not too hard to get in. The average tuition is around 5 Lacs per year. Internships are mandated and are streamlined through the college.
