BAMS - Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery - Batch of 2029
Offered by Government Dhanwantri Ayurveda College & Hospital

About Ayurveda Medical College, Ujjain.
Placements: Less than 1% of students who apply through NEET get placed in my course. The average package is 6 LPA. Dabur is usually one of the recruiters. Top roles include Medical Officer, Doctor, etc. However, most students usually go for private clinics as Ayurvedic practitioners or join a hospital.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available. There is also a lift and a library. The classrooms are digital and well-furnished. There is no hostel, and the mess is not active either. We have a football turf, badminton court, and tennis courts. The courses offered are well listed here.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They are well-qualified and very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good for Ayurvedic medicine. Since it is a professional course, teachers make us ready for the industry. Semester exams are very different. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: I wanted to pursue the MBBS course, but I couldn't get it due to my low score in NEET, so I went for this course. The best thing is that it is a science of life. I wish that our course had better recognition and a stronger belief system. The campus crowd is good, and the campus surroundings are very nice. Extra activities include sports and field visits. We have a hospital with the same name where we can visit patients and learn more about Ayurveda. Events happen rarely, but they are very versatile.

A good learning experience at Vikram University.
Placements: Around 40-50% of students were placed. The average package was 2 LPA to 6 LPA. Around 20-30% of students got internships, and sometimes relevant companies did not come. Factory-based companies came for placements, like Grasim and others, but the percentage of hiring was low. The college was in a nearby village of Ujjain, so there were no placement companies available nearby.
Infrastructure: University had decent infrastructure. It had well-maintained classrooms, a library, and laboratories. The hostel facilities were not satisfactory. Wi-Fi was not properly available in the college. The mess and canteen were available, but the food and hygiene were not satisfactory.
Faculty: Teachers were good, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum was relevant. The semester exams were quite difficult. The passing percentage was 35%. However, there were many issues with the quality of education being provided.
Other: I chose this course because I had an interest in it. The best thing about this course was the combination of practical and theoretical knowledge. I wished the course had more practical sessions.

College courses are the best. BBA is a great course. College is good, and teachers are like friends.
Placements: The placement offer rate is 60%, but not everyone gets a placement from the college. Only a limited number of students get the best placements. I wish I could get the best placement and the best job for me. That's it. My course is BBA. I chose HR as my specialization. It is a great course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Classroom walls are in very bad condition. They are not painted. There is no ground for playing. Our campus features state-of-the-art laboratories. Modern smart classrooms. A fully stocked digital library designed for an engaging learning experience. Supported by high-speed Wi-Fi. Quality sports facilities. Vibrant student spaces. We offer a complete environment.
Faculty: Faculty members are great. Teachers are awesome. They motivate students every time. They understand students. They are the best. Faculty members combine deep academic knowledge with real world insights. They guide students every step of the way. Teachers are friendly.
Other: My scholarship is pending. There are no sports or other activities. The college treats students as if they were in school.

The college is better in technical and AI.
Placements: Approximately 40% of students are placed. The average package is 2 LPA to 3 LPA. The recruiting company is TCS. 30% of students get internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is outdated and barely surviving. Most of the buildings are rotten and falling to pieces. University is barely paying any attention to reclaiming the existing buildings, though 2 out of 5 boys' hostels are under renovation and 1 is going to be down too.
Faculty: Teachers' nature is helpful. They are qualified from top colleges. Their knowledge is also great. The technical knowledge about the subject is also good. The college provides curriculum activities and visits many NGOs and industrial sites throughout the semester.
Other: Fests and events are conducted every year or every 6 months. It is excellent for students whose budget is low but who need a good quality of education. It helps them make their career better according to their needs. So I recommend people take admission in this college.

Good faculty members, but need infrastructure development.
Placements: Percentage of students placed in my course was 32 to 40 percent. The highest package of my course was 5 LPA. The lowest average package was 3.5 LPA. The recruiting companies for my course were Ford, Hero Motors, and other companies. The percentage of students who got internships in my course was 20 to 25%. The roles offered in my course were Data Analytics and Telecommunication Director.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was not very good, but facilities were good, such as high-speed Wi-Fi, clean and good labs, but poor classrooms that were not cleaned daily. The library was modern. The quality of facilities in my hostel was very good. The food available in the mess was of cheap quality. The medical facilities were good, but the sports facilities were not very good. The game facilities were also not very good.
Faculty: Teachers and faculty members were cooperative and knowledgeable. They were Master's and Ph.D. qualified. The teaching quality was very good. The course curriculum was relevant and made students industry-ready. The semester exams in the college were not very hard, and students could pass easily. The pass percentage of the college was 50 to 60%.
Other: I chose the course because it was worth it. There was a lot of scope in the future for communication and technology. The things that needed improvement in my course were infrastructure development, such as water coolers in the summer, and renovation of the college. Every year, village and Garba dance events were organized on my campus. Scholarships were given to all students. Extracurricular activities included shooting competitions, sports competitions, etc.

The conclusion is that the college is good if you are dedicated to your course and yourself.
Placements: As I am a student at Mahakal Institute of Technology, Ujjain, I highly appreciate this college for engineering and management degrees. In the engineering program, the college provides several opportunities for academic purposes. The highest, lowest, and average packages offered by the college are 8 LPA, 2.5 LPA, and 4 LPA, respectively. The top recruiting companies from my college are Yash Technologies and Infosys. Almost every student gets an internship from our college. The most common role offered to engineering graduates is an engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college and department is good overall, but the main issue is the lack of Wi-Fi connectivity. In most labs, there is no proper network signal, which creates problems while studying. In the hostel, infrastructure and basic facilities are good. It includes sports, games, and water facilities. The food quality is below average. A proper hygiene is not maintained in the mess and canteen. Medical facility is average.
Faculty: Teachers and faculty members are very helpful and well-educated. Their teaching quality is good if students study properly in class. The course curriculum is relevant. If students are dedicated, faculty members also support them in building a better future. Semester exams are not very difficult. If you study one month before exams, you can easily clear all subjects and score a good SGPA or CGPA.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in exploring and learning many things that improve my thinking in every situation. The best thing about my course is that I am now at a stage where I can do many things on my own. I want improvement in technical knowledge more than book knowledge. There are several events, fests, and activities held at the college. They are helpful for communication skills and building connections. All types of scholarships are provided by the college.
